'The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

Het huis was schoon en netjes. Het was fijn "thuiskomen" na een dag in de stad. Wij verbleven hier met twee gezinnen, 8 personen. Gezellig restaurant op de hoek, 7-eleven aan de overkant. Verbinding met downtown Boston is goed. Metro op minder dan 10 minuten lopen, bus stopt voor de deur. Nette buurt, veilig...

'Quiet location - close to everything- reserved parking was vital'

'We had a great time at this beautiful apartment and the layout worked well for both group time and privacy for a few different families looking to spend the weekend together. The apartment is pretty noisy (seemed like poor insulation above and below exposed us to neighbors who were on a very different schedule), but other than that we loved every aspect.'

'Nice and picturesque flat in Savin Hill (South Boston). Kitchen well equipped. Just 5 minutes from the metro station (red line), 15 minutes by metro to downtown. Nice area with a supermarket and a pub.'

'Our family came together to see our Grandson at Wentworth. I loved that the way the house is set up we were able to gather centrally to eat, laugh and lounge. If you're not familiar with Boston drivers, the street parking may be a concern but Uber was quite beneficial!'

'Sue was extremely helpful and communicative. She was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the apartment. She stayed in contact and checked in regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The apartment is great. It’s a wonderful location right in the heart of the Back Bay area. Easy walk to Boston Commons, Newbury St, and other popular areas. The rooftop view is absolutely gorgeous. 'Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.'

'We could not have chosen a better location in the city or a nicer place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend...

If’s right by the T and easy to get into other parts of the city. We wished there had been a few other things in walking distance (good Italian restaurant and coffee shop by T) but it was easy to get where we wanted to go.'

'Overall very nice property with a few kinks. 1) We were supposed to receive the door code at 11:30 am on the day we were checking in. I called at 3 pm when I still had not received the code and was told they were having trouble with the code because it was a new property. I did receive the code before the 4 pm check-in time but was not feeling confident that I would. 2) We arrived home late the first evening to realize the property had only one roll of toilet paper for the 3 bathrooms.
