Volledig gerenoveerd in 2015, deze prachtige 2 slaapkamer / 1. 5 badkamers 950 sq ft. Penthouse is perfect gelegen aan de South End / Back Bay-lijn. Dicht bij bekroonde restaurants, de Prudential / Copley-winkels, Newbury Street, Boston Common, het historische Fenway Park, Symphony Hall en het openbaar vervoer naar overal in Boston. Deze historische brownstone heeft centrale lucht, hardhouten vloeren en een eigen wasmachine / droger. The apartment was the perfect base to explore the city, lovely shops, restaurants and homes all around.. Underground station very close by. Attention to detail in the apartment was excellent, linens, crockery, everything you could need. The roof terrace was an absolute delight, special views and we barbecued, which was such fun. Sue was the most attentive hostess, nothing was too much trouble . Loved our visit.

The penthouse was the perfect home for us while we explored Boston for a few days. The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. The home is spacious and perfectly appointed with very comfortable bedding, a cozy living roome to watch TV with cable and all channels available. The kitchen had everything, but with so many amazing dining options within a few blocks, we didn't eat in much. This is by far the best vaction rental in Boston. We will definitely be back.

This property is everything you hope you walk into in a rental! Hosts were welcoming, accommodating and easy to correspond with. The penthouse is beautifully furnished, SUPER clean and very well stocked. The hosts offered helpful recommendations and guidance during our Boston stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and all of the linens are high quality and well cared for. The property includes the most gorgeous rooftop views of the South end. Sue provided clear instructions for parking and entering the building which may for an easy arrival. We highly recommend the Penthouse for your next stay and we hope to return soon!

The hosts were so helpful at check in and throughout our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including basic cooking essentials and some extras. An outstanding stay in Boston

Our family had a great experience. The location is perfect for a vibrant stay in the center of Boston. The property is well designed and has a great view from the rooftop deck. One of the best things was our host, Sue, who was communicative, friendly, and gave us just the right amount of attention. She was super easy to work with and just a pleasure to reach out to. The property is on a busy city street, so it took a little getting used to the noise on the first night, but after getting some earplugs, we had a really great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem with incredible owners. They were absolutely helpful in any way with recommendations as well . The brownstone was simply perfect with all amenities needed. NOW THIS IS BOSTON!!!

I Love this place. It is all about the privacy & the VIEWS! Both bedrooms have bay windows with city views, but the 2nd floor of this penthouse is a roof top refuge. Dinning alfresco is expected, & at night the Boston Skyline was our own private light show! Sue & David,(the Host's) were so accommodating, before I arrived, to the day I left. What I really loved was how they took an 1800yr old Brownstone left the history and character, but modernized it for comfort. Fantastic location walk to almost everything. I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Sue & David for giving me a memory I will never 4get!! FYI they have more properties then just this one.

Fantastic week in Boston!

We absolutely loved this apartment and would definitely stay again! It was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed, and in a great location. We used it as a base while we moved our son into BU and it worked out perfectly. The T is just down the street, and Sue also let us use a parking space behind the building for a small fee, which was a huge help. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment and we'll be back! Thank you Sue for your wonderful hospitality during our stay.

A neat week in Boston

Close to the T (about 2 minute walk to the orange line), we didn't need a car to get anywhere and that was a relief. Very open living space with kitchen/living room together. Unfortunately was too cold when we visited to take full advantage of the rooftop deck but we did get to use the BBQ one day and enjoy the sights briefly. Only drawback is city living (road noise) but plenty of support with blackout shades and earplugs. The host was very responsive to questions and our check-in process.Will definitely return when we are back in town.

Absolutely perfect

Best rental I’ve ever had. Apartment is exceptional and stocked like home. There was fresh cream in the fridge, spices,pots and pas, you name it. Attention to detail was great. Immaculately clean and well appointed. She was a delight to work with and very helpful in every way. Can not recommend highly enough.

Fell in love with Boston

Our family's first trip to Boston and we will definitely be back. We loved the close proximity to the T and how easy and clean the public transportation is. There were many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We can't say enough about the views from the roof top deck. We had many lovely moments having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine before dinner with the stunning views of Boston around us. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Many thanks to the gracious hosts who were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and general info about Boston.

Sheer perfection!

Everything was literally perfect from the moment we arrived to check out! David and his wife were easy to communicate with and made everything so simple. The penthouse was clean, welcoming, super comfortable, spacious and stocked with just the right necessities to make it easy. From coffee to sugar to ziplocks—it’s the little things sometimes! And the location was phenomenal. Two T lines super close, small grocery store to beer/wine and coffee spots too. Typical city noise is to be expected but the ear plugs were another thoughtful touch. Excellent hosts. Made us feel just like family…

Family vacation in boston
