'The location and pool area were amazing! The only issue was we paid for early check in and the cleaner was still working for 30 minutes after we arrived. The owner did offer late check out after notified of issue; but we had other plans and did not accept.'

'We really enjoyed our week vacation to Anna Maria. The townhome was perfect for my the four of us. It was such a treat being able to walk to the beach several times a day and to be able to walk to several nearby restaurants. The screened in lanai was a huge hit as well. Well be back.'

'This home is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and well stocked. We had 10 of us for the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect. 3 families in all and there was plenty of room for all of us. We even hosted and had more guests for Thanksgiving dinner. It’s a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to everything you could need. We would definitely return to this property when coming back to the area. Also the owners were very quick to respond to any communication!'

'Place was clean and well stocked. Street was quiet and despite only being the second home off of the main road it did not pose any issues. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that both can openers were broken otherwise it was great.'

'We stayed over the holidays and the house was amazing. It’s larger than the pictures show, clean, well appointed and the outdoor space is awesome! The pool was heated to 85 degrees and we swam even on days in the 60’s. The beach is just a block away to enjoy the beautiful sand and views. My only note about that is the house only had 2 beach chairs for 4 of us staying there so if you want more you’ll need to purchase them. Otherwise a great house and highly recommend!'

'This place was a great fit with what we were looking for as it was just big enough when we needed some separation we had enough room to do so. It was in the middle of AMI so renting a golf cart was ideal to get around. The back yard and pool were nice. If the pool could have been a little warmer with the cooler weather that would have been ideal. We had issues with the doorknobs early and maintenance came immediately and replaced them.
