Beach House Ultimate zwembad Family Vacation Home.

Thuis weg van huis, gezellig en comfortabel strandhuis. Op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en winkels. Zeer rustige buurtkap.
Nieuw verhoogd huis met verwarmd privézwembad en omheinde tuin.
Kingsize bed in de slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer, queensize bed in de tweede slaapkamer en twee aparte bedden in de derde kamer. Tweede badkamer gelegen in de gang tussen de andere slaapkamers. Tegelvloeren door het hele huis Volledige keuken met granieten werkbladen en vlek stalen apparaat. Slaapbank geschikt voor 2 personen, 50 inch flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben een flatscreen-tv. Internettoegang en kabel. Schuifdeur naar het buitendek en trap naar het benedengedeelte bij het zwembad. Buitendouche met warm / koud water voor dat na het strand spoelen. Groot zwembad met paraplu in Tiki-stijl en zitplaatsen in het zwembad. BBQ, tafel, stoelen, ligstoelen voor een ontspannen tijd bij het zwembad. Er is ook een 32 inch flatscreen-tv bij het zwembad voor uw plezier. Er zijn voldoende strandstoelen en accessoires voor het strand en een pingpongtafel in de garage met een deur naar het zwembad. Er is een gratis trolley bij de toegang tot het strand die u van het ene uiteinde naar het andere van Anna Maria Island zal brengen. Er zijn tal van goede restaurants, bars en winkels op loopafstand. je zult net als wij verliefd worden op het strand van Holmes, kom en verblijf in ons strandhuis voor een heerlijke vakantie ooit.

AMAZING!!

The house was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I hadn’t been on a trip just us in over 6 years and we are so happy we booked this place it was the perfect place for us to just relax and take a breather from everything together. Absolutely nothing is shared, the backyard has nice greenery and tall fences making it nice and private, and we even made a lil lizard buddy back there lol! Highly recommend this house!

Positives:Host was very easy to communicate with, and allowed us a seamless early check-in, which we very much appreciated.There were chairs, a beach wagon, and some beach toys provided; it was nice not to have to pack those.The private pool was great, especially with kids.The house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and things for cooking (spices, etc.) Fairly close to the beach. It felt like a long walk for us with four young children. But in reality, it wasn’t that bad.Walking distance to restaurants and the CrossFit gym. Critiques:The house needs a thorough cleaning and updates. I had higher expectations as we have stayed in other places on AMI, and were just coming from another rental that was fantastic. There were just things like wood trim on the floor falling off, door alarms hanging from wires, some mold on the shower curtain, a rusty shower rod, and our feet were black when walking around barefoot inside. We contacted the host about a plug missing from the tv in one of the kids’ rooms, and they responded and were able to find that a few days into our trip. Not the end of the world that they didn’t have tv for a few days, but it would’ve been nice. We bought wash clothes for the kitchen as there weren’t any, and wash clothes for the showers because there weren’t enough. We didn’t bother the host with this, because we’d already contacted them a few times about other things. We love AMI and will be back, but will probably find a different house.

Paradise

This was our 6th year on Anna Maria for spring break. This rental was our favorite. Spacious, clean, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Ping pong table was a plus. Plenty of household items as well as beach gear. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and coffee spots. I highly recommend to anyone coming to the island. We are charmed every year on this island !

Great family place

The facility totally met our needs. Very nice location for shopping , restaurants, and close to the beach. No need to rent a car with the excellent trolley service. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. The pool was heated and very fun for the family. We would stay here again.

We stayed for three weeks and everything was wonderful. The outside with the pool area was amazing. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The location was great to get to the beach by walking or biking. We could also bike to a few restaurants. We'll definitely stay again!

Great Family Property

We had a lovely stay over the holidays, the house was perfect for two couples and an infant. There was plenty of space, the pool and outdoor area were great for everyone and we were able to have more family over to relax and hang out all together. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the week that Helene hit. We were only able to stay for 4 nights due to mandatory evacuation of AMI. The 4 nights we stayed were lovely. The home is everything as advertised, clean, pool area was perfect and it did not disappoint. Owner was out of the country but still stayed in close contact with us. Really hoping this adorable place faired well between Helene and Milton. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice stay in a very nice home, loved the pool. Would’ve loved more specific directions about checking in as there were three lockboxes by the door., You have to know which one to use. Lots of pool toys and beach accessories. Would recommend. Plenty of towels, good Wi-Fi.

Another great year here !

This is our third year in a row and it is the absolute best place to stay! My family loves it and so convenient to everything on the island. House had everything we needed and more . Owners/property managers are so friendly and responsive. We always rent bikes to use back and forth to the beach. I can say we had 6 staying in the house this time and we did not feel cramped at all, lots of space. Looking forward to next year !

Wonderful beach house!

This beach house was perfect for our family. It's a very easy walk to the beach with lots of beach toys in the garage. The private pool was incredible and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We used the outdoor living space extensively and loved the nanny options it offered. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed/couches are all very comfortable. When we return to the island in the future, we will definitely stay here again. The owner is extremely kind and communicative. Thank you for the wonderful location!
