'The Big Island Retreat is a lovely property located minutes on foot to one of the best snorkeling beaches on Big Island. We stayed in the Ocean view room which was over 2 floors. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The rooms are quite small with little storage. The bed was only a double and very high off the floor making getting into it really hard. The bathroom is not totally enclosed and has no basin as the kitchen sink is just outside. Although there was nobody staying in the rooms...

'This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. 'Beautiful family friendly condo/resort. We found an amazing deal on this website that allowed us to enjoy a week of relaxation and exploring. The views and condition of the resort was top notch.
