'The renovated farmhouse had many unique features and art which contributed to create a comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect for star watching, mountain biking, skiing, trips into The Whites, and excursions to the many excellent small towns (and breweries) nearby. It was a great place to stay.'

'We loved this property: On the trails, close to the village, the open floor plan allowed us to all interact, the huge deck was great for hanging out! We loved the fire pit and the entire laid back "Cabin"! This is a perfect place to stay if your a rowdy, beer drinking group of MTB'ers! We have stayed in over 10 properties in East Burke every September and this was one of our favorites!!!!'

'Check in was very easy and communication with Rae was excellent. Rae kept checking to make sure we are comfortable and if we needed anything.. The place was very clean. Kitchen was equip with the neccesities but we did not utilize since we only slept for 2 nights. We ate outside or bought our food to eat at home. I do recommend this rental for anybody...'

'We enjoyed our stay. We came to ski at Burke, two couples and our adult children. It's a little further from Burke than we expected, about 15 minutes. The layout of the house was great for skiing, and storing gear. The layout and decor was great. We made a couple of big meals. The kitchen had everything we needed, was organized and labeled. We brought wood and made fires in the beautiful fireplace each night. It was great. I would definitely come again.'

'We managed to be lucky enough to book this cabin just as all of the leaves turned so it was like being in a painting. The land is beautiful to walk and the views are amazing. The cabin itself is very cozy and has great character. The kitchen was very convenient and I loved cooking on that stove, and the bathroom was clean and well kept as well. It was great to unplug, read, and relax for a while. Hopefully we will be able to go back again.'

'We stayed here for the eclipse of 2024. Upon arriving, we were blown away by the incredible view. Then, stepping inside to a spotless kitchen and living room confirmed we made the right choice. 'A small group of friends decided to stay here for the 2024 eclipse and it was the PERFECT house choice. The space was cozy, everything was clean, and the kitchen had plenty of room for all 3 of us to make meals together. 'Perfect condo! All the rooms are easy to live in. The decor is very pleasing and fits the area vibe. Love the kitchen, and the Kuerig with the frother( I didn’t know I needed that in my life!). The area is very peaceful, 30 steps to the ski area ( the skiers were very relaxed and easy going ) Came to see the eclipse, but would definitely come back for skiing or just to enjoy rural Vermont!'

'Another wonderful trip to Burke in mid-March. Skiing was decent for time of year and condo was fantastic. Clean, had all the necessary items, and owner was incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back to rent this condo. 5 stars.'
