'Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-)'

'The most well-appointed home in a gorgeous location. The house is so amazing and the lake views spectacular. Brendon’s communication was impeccable and much appreciated to ensure things were going smoothly throughout our stay. The kids loved daily outings to the lake and Jay Peak was a short drive away. 'You know how some rental homes feel like an investment property the owners have put a C+ effort into furnishing? Well, this is the antidote to every mediocre rental you've ever stayed in. The care and detail that went into this property cannot be overstated. From the top notch kitchen to the incredibly comfortable mattress with high end sheets, you feel more like a guest in a good friend's home than a stranger renting a rando house. We definitely plan on returning.'

'Our host was excellent, very responsive and his communication during the entire booking process was wonderful. Upon arriving at the house, everything was as promised and the home was very clean, well kept and ready for our arrival. 'We loved our stay here! It was cute and quiet, the owners were so welcoming and kind — eggs from their hens, some wood to make a campfire, a path to the river to explore…if you have kids, there’s a fabulous ice cream shop nearby with a fire truck you can sit in (it also has a slide!). Crystal Lake is nearby, and the cabin is located between Jay Peak and Burke Mountain, so it’s really great for outdoor enthusiasts. The cabin is on a quiet street with a sidewalk, which my toddler loved for riding...

'This was our first VRBO booking and we couldnt ask for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and more than comfortable and so clean. We loved the yard and the outdoor fire pit while enjoying tubing in the snow! A perfect getaway! Close to downtown grocery store, bakery, pizza and gas- adorable town. We will definitely book The Copper Mouse again and next time for a longer getaway! It was the greatest experience making the best memories. Thank you again.'

'Gorgeous property, very clean with all amenities provided. Derek is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. It's the perfect cabin for a group of friends or a family. The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!'

'We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped. We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse). We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people.'

'This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse.
