'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'

'We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!'

'The house is absolutely great, very comfortable/practicle and nicely styled. Very complete equiped.The location is perfect, the view wonderful. The support from Ben (remotely via email) was very useful, our TomTom navigator had some difficulty to find it. All in all : fantastic !'

'Very basic but roomy house, it can accommodate a large family or 3 couples. Lots of space for preparing and eating meals or just hanging out. Driveway and path to front door were very icy and treacherous, some sand could help.'

'The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken'

'We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Alder Brook Lodge. The house was spotless, the bedrooms were good size and the home theater/bunk house was perfect for the four grandchildren. The yard offered endless fun, whether playing down by the brook, enjoying the fire pit or just playing yard games. We didn’t even have time to try the hot tub or go on any of the hiking trails. 'Ik snap de score op de verschillende websites niet, het bijgebouw waar wij een kamer hadden was oud, slecht onderhouden. De kamer stonk, vies tapijt. Het bed een kussens lagen slecht. Vreselijke prijs kwaliteit verhouding in vergelijking met de 10 andere hotels waar we deze vakantie sliepen. Het enige pluspunt was het ontbijt, als je van een zwaar op ontbijt houdt tenminste.'

'This place blows you away even just as you drive up to it. It's perfect for large families/groups with all the sleeping arrangements that are possible. Having three showers was amazing as well for all of us (6 adults and 4 kids). The porch on the outside was lovely at night.
