'Een dikke week hier verbleven. Op zich prima hotel. Alleen personeel is super ongemotiveerd. Zijn niet behulpzaam en allemaal liever lui dan behulpzaam. 4 keer geen handdoeken in de badkamer na schoonmaak. Iedere dag geen lepels op tafel. Moeilijk om restaurant te boeken. Altijd vol of de des treffen de persoon moet aanwezig. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt verschrikkelijk '

'First time in Bahamas but not my first Riu. This Riu property by far was the best one to date. What i liked: property is not overly big and you can find everything pretty easily. The staff was superb especially Vera Carter as a head chef. The beach was outstanding. My ocean view was worth every penny. Food was good. What i didnt like: jerk chicken grill had the same menu every day - please change it up. No ATM on property - you have to go to the Atlantis. Add a bit more entertainment at pool...

'The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).'

'Loved our stay! Can’t go wrong staying this close to the beach. Great pools. Well supplied kitchen; be sure to hit the grocery store before you head over if you want to dine in a few times. 'The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

'We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...
