'This property is Nostalgically charming, being of a certain age the decor and style of this home took me directly back to childhood. Views are breathtaking and the spacing in the home gives the independence and comfort that’s required when traveling with family or friends. 'Close to quaint historic Placerville ( check out Sweetie Pies for breakfast) and 70 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This condo is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area below. A good home base to rest after a day of exploring. We will be back.'

'This condo has a lot of nice conveniences. There is shaded parking that is steps away from the entrance that is big enough for a large truck or two cars. The property has tons of mature trees which provide a lot of shade and keep the place cool (the A/C also works very well). 'A little small but it was okay since we mainly just slept here. There was enough beds for everyone including extra thick mattress for another person to sleep on if needed. The owners do live on property but they gave us our privacy. Any interactions we had with them were very friendly. Remote location with nice views but close enough to town. And a lot of extra amenities and little freebies. Made us feel very welcome!!!'
