The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.'

'This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.'

'We were a family of five, four adults and one child. The rental was very comfortable and stocked better than any vacation rental we’ve stayed in before. Communication with the host was easy. The location is convenient to all major highways in the Hudson Valley. The town was very close, but you feel like you are in the country! We would definitely stay here again!'

'This is a great place to stay. Clean and comfy and in a beautiful area. We didn't find the promised linens for the sofa bed, but maybe we just weren't looking in the right place. Other than that, we were very pleased... do pay attention to the notes about the stairs... there are a fair few of them.'

'Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. '
