Hostels in Ierland

'Ik ben hier voor één nacht gebleven op een waarschijnlijk drukke dag, want het kostte me 77 euro voor een nachtje in een gedeelde kamer. Groot hostel - kans op andere reizigers ontmoeten is wel aanwezig maar niet gegarandeerd omdat de meeste mensen maar kort leken te blijven. De slaapkamer is niet helemaal donker. Er blijft blauw ledlicht aan. Voor mij persoonlijk was dit storend, dus ik raad je aan een gezichtsmasker mee te nemen als je in donkere kamers beter slaapt. Kluisjes makkelijk in te...

'Gezellige sfeer'

'Hostel lag goed centraal in de stad. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar Murrays (heerlijk restaurant!!), 15 minuten lopen naar de winkelstraat Henry Street en zo'n 25-30 minuten lopen naar Temple Bar district. Hostel zeer netjes; fantastische hygiëne en lekkere bedden. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer lekker ontbijt!'

'Een fijne accomodatie! Kamer dik in orde! Door de goed ingerichte keuken ben je niet altijd afhankelijk van de Horeca. Bovendien ontmoet je mensen van adre nationaliteiten🙂'

'Hotel has a nice communal area with a wood fire, games, coffee, etc. The room was clean but very small, in particular the bathroom. We were there on a Friday and there was quite a bit of noise from people coming to an going to bars in the neighbourhood.'

'The stay itself would have been ok, even though the price was kind of high in comparison for what we got, but every evening there were drunk teenagers partying and making a lot of noice through the night. Nobody of the staff really seemed to care about this. This really disturbed the rest and sleep needed when exploring the region. Might be the cheapest in town, but I recommend spending a bit more to have a comfortable stay.'
