The only thing I liked at this hotel is front desk/reception staff. They're very friendly and helpful. Cons: - Wifi is speed is bad, we ended up using hotspot from our mobile data for laptop. - Interior of the hotel is extremely depressing - Other hotels in the area are cheaper and provide better wifi, better service and don't charge extra for breakfast buffet. - You can hear people in other room. We were unable to sleep and had to call reception eventually. This was around 4 A.M.

Das Hotel an sich in einer sehr guten Lage . Das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend. Die Zimmer gemütlich und sauber . Das Restaurant auf der Rooftopbar ist eher nicht zu empfehlen . Servicepersonal alle super nett und zuvorkommend . Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in Istanbul .

very hospitable staff incredible service. One of the staff helped us get to Galata Tower even lending us his Istanbul Card. Only issue was the thermostat in the room couldn't be adjusted. It was winter and the room was extremely hot. Had to open a window to cool it down, and the location isnt quiet at all.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal, vor allem Enes und Yavuz, sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Reinigungspersonal ist den ganzen Tag vor Ort und reinigt bei Bedarf auch mehrmals. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch an Gäste mit Laktose- und Glutenunverträglichkeit ist gedacht worden. Für sie gibt es eine zusätzliche Theke. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kann zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Straßenbahn und Marmaray, Bus und Schiff sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Wir haben das Hotel zum zweiten mal gebucht, würden aber bei einer erneuten Istanbulreise dieses erneut besuchen.

Güzel bir konaklama oldu. Resepsiyondan, guest relations, bellboy, garsonlar ve güvenliğine kadar tüm personel Hilton kalitesini yansıttı. Sadece arabayla geldiğimiz için oteli navigasyonla bulmakta zorlandık. Taksici bile otel önüne kadar gelemedi. Belki otel navigasyonu ile ilgili bir düzenleme yapılabilir.

Well located hotel in close proximity to Sirkeci station, which is being partially reconstructed for a new suburban line. Close to Marmaray entrance for easy access, but ferrys, buses and trams are all only minutes away. Quiet side street with little or no traffic. Safe, if somewhat tourist oriented neighbourhood. Hotel staff friendly, professional and efficient. Room was plenty warm enough when I arrived out of the freezing rain! Price paid is more than fair reflecting low season in a prime location. For me, breakfast seems a little overpriced at 18 euros though I can't speak for the quality as I found ample offerings in the many excellent cafes nearby. Would stay again.

the location ist very good, you can walk to most of point of interests. The hotel himself quiet good. The rooms needs some renovation. I know this hotel form the beginning but the furniture ans especially the bath room needs an update regarding furniture, equipment etc.

Last stay this hotel was great. But this time quality reduced too much. They are overcharing the meeting rooms and always gave out different rate by different staff. Staff are reluctant to help customers in every way. It's rainy and I just want to borrow a umbrella, they don't even bother to check and just said not avaialble, and said it's just drizze outside, no big deal. Whatever you asked for, they are reluctant to provide service. And they gave me an accessible room which did not specifically mention before booking, the spec is too weird. And room cleaning almost don't supply any new amenitis, Hilton group is so bad in every city. The tissue are finished, and they just add 4 sheets? 4 sheets only????!!!!!!!! holy crap..

Great location and walking distance to everything. Our room was very nice but unfortunately had carpet which to me is not clean. The hotel uses Crabtree and Evelyn’s product which was lovely and of course .. the cookies..!

My mother and I stayed for 5 nights in August and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very attentive. Kurtulus, the duty manager, and Yavus were helpful throughout our stay; as were the housekeeping staff, breakfast staff and others at reception. They gave great recommendations on places to visit, where to eat and also advise on the easiest routes to places. We had a room with 2 queen beds which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was fantastic - great start to the day. Various hot/cold items and the buffet was constantly restocked. Only suggestion would be to make guests aware of what hot items (eg. omelettes) can be requested from the kitchen, as I only knew of this option when I saw other guests ordering. The restaurant on the rooftop is great too - lovely food, service, atmosphere and views from the terrace. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s safe and very close to shops and public transport. There are many restaurants in the locality and the hotel is walking distance from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Easy to reach the other side of Galata Bridge by tram too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
