However, I would like to make an explanation for your comment that your room is different from the pictures. 1- First of all, the most important standards of your facility are location, cleanliness, comfort, sleep quality, breakfast and staff. Did you have any complaints, dislikes, or any deficiencies in these criteria? Because you did not report any complaints during your stay and there is no such statement in your comment. This is the most important thing for us. It is very valuable for us to know that you have no complaints. Thank you for your satisfaction. Unconditional guest satisfaction and immediate solutions to problems are our top priority at Faik Pasha Suites. 2-Our rooms are decorated in the same decoration style but each with different furniture. Because Faik Pasha Suites is a specially designed boutique hotel. While our hotel was being furnished, we didn't order a furniture company for the same type of furniture for all the rooms, we chose different furniture in the same style for each room from antique shops. 3-The fact that there are more than the average number of photographs on the pages of Faik Pasha Suites in online agencies stems from our desire to share all of our rooms, each decorated differently. The elegant decoration, authentic and artistic atmosphere of our hotel is a source of pride for us and if you look carefully, you will notice that the photo of the room you are staying in is shared. Dear Sir, We are sorry to read that our hotel did not meet your expectations. But; You left the hotel 10 minutes after check-in and told us you booked a room in Sultanahmet. How can you rate a hotel in just 10 minutes? You have not slept even one night. You have not tasted our breakfast. You have not used our spa or fitness centre. You have not seen our neighbourhood. The cleanliness is a very important issue in Faik pasha Suıtes. The rooms and furniture of Faik Pasha Suites are always kept very clean and very well maintained. There are two bergere seats in the living room of this One Bedroom Suite, not a couch. As it could be seen from the photos the sofas in the living room are absolutely brand new. Our hotel is a Special Category Boutique hotel under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. The cameras are installed on the outdoor siding for the security. Not in private areas. In Faik Pasha Suites High-Quality service and absolutely clean rooms are the most important issue and unconditional guest satisfaction is our motto. Our continuous achievement can be seen from the photos and guest reviews. LOCATION: GOOGLE MAP IS VERIFIABLE, Faik Pasa Suites has a very central location: It is a 5-minute walk from Istiklal Street. Tram-Bus Stations, Shopping Centers, Nightlife, All Kinds of Restaurants, Ferry Piers, Galata, Karakoy are within walking distance. Historic Penninsula is also a 15-minute tram ride away. According to the common target criteria, our location is absolutely central. We do not understand your definition of "Center Location". WI-FI: As you know, the wi-fi speed varies from time to time depending on the intensity of use. Same all over the world. Our hotel's internet packages are more than adequate and we also provide an additional portable wi-fi port if guests need it. In addition to wi-fi facilities, Faik Pasa Suites has a business centre with wired internet, open 24/7 for guest use. LOST JEWELLERY: We've sent you an email and asked for details of your lost items. We didn't get an answer from you. We thought you already found them. I have some belongings found and I want to check if it is yours. Before writing this negative review and using some offending words, we wish you had taken into consideration our enormous efforts/investment on Faik Pasha. You stayed here for a week, if you had informed us about these issues, we would certainly have provided you with some solutions. Regards

Dear Nasim Thank you for choosing Faik Pasha Suites on your last trip to Istanbul and your positive review. Please be apology us for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected bad weather. As you know it was really very heavy, unexpected rain and storm in the middle of the very warm summer night. Because of the storm, the outside drainage pipe of the A/C has choked. it took 2 minutes to fix it and it was an unexpected /unusual breakdown.
