The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the suites aircondotion is not working well cause it is a centeral one so no one can adjust it and some times it get off also the lifts or the elevators are not enough so it takes long time waiting the lift to either go down or up.

Har haft rigtigt hyggelig tider. Har ikke set Heller ikke oplevet noget negative ting som gøre os skuffet eller forstyrre.

This is a not 4 star hotel, this is a condominium Generally interior of building was dirty Room was dirty and furniture was dirty in sofa in room The room didn't have a hair dryer and soap I told it to the that staff who I don't know what he is doing over there and what is him purpose He said me that if I can check inside of the bathroom i can find Anyway I recommend that strongly Do not choose that condominium Around that condominium you can find a true hotels maybe can be expensive about 20-25 percent but you can get a good quality hotel service for your payment Best regards

空港に近く便利
部屋はTV の部屋と寝室に別れていてキレイで、以外と静かで快適でした。セントラルヒ―ティングで部屋は暖かい。空港までタクシーで8分ぐらいで便利でした。朝食は1Fのレストランでバイキングの量は多くないが頼めば卵料理を作ってくれる。とても親切でした。

It is not as advertised.
It is completely different than what is in the picture on Expedia. Every thing has heavy cigarette smell, bedding is so old and not clean.

merhaba.otel genel anlamda iyi fakat oda içinde hala tadilatı yapılıp kapanmayan yerler var. en kötü olanı kahvaltı için resepsiyondan fiş alıp ilerideki resturanta kahvaltıya gidiyorsun kahvaltı çeşidi olarak 2 çeşit peynir 2 çeşit zeytin birde piknik bal vardı yani il defa bir otelde bu kadar kısıtlı kahvaltı yaptım

G-suite hotel not sweet!
Horrible travel day. Taxi driver spoke absolutely no English and had no idea where the hotel was. He called the hotel and the one person at the reception desk was out so no one pick up the phone. The suite was fair but the air conditioner only cooled the living area and not the bedrooms. The mattress was very soft. Would recommend a hotel closer to the airport even if you pay a few dollars more.

Personalet er meget hjælpsom de er meget hyggelige og prøver alt hvad de kan for at hjælpe Dette hotel har kun et problem og det er beliggenhed det er meget lang væk fra. Byen man skal køre 45 -60 min til den blå moske eller til Taksim

Gute Appartements - jedoch Umgebung mit wenig Ange
Flughafen Nähe ist ein Plus. Einrichtung im Appartment ist sehr gut. Umgebung ist etwas laut und man benötigt immer ein Taxi. Frühstück ist etwas mau, notfalls kann man auf der anderen Straßenseite im Mado sehr gut frühstücken

Disappointing and very misleading
I visited this hotel last week with family however on arrival our check in was a disaster. I showed Reception my itinerary, a man named 'Mr Khan' dealt with my check in. He was very confused and all over the place. The first thing he said to me was "what time will you be checking out tomorrow?". The itinerary was right in front of him on the desk which clearly stated that we were staying for 7 nights. I wasn't impressed, I found that very rude. I explained I have booked and paid for 7 nights. He then apologised and went on to check the system. He then went on to explain the hotels facilities and said "breakfast is not included within your booking." Again, he was wrong, breakfast was included and I stated this to him. He obviously didn't believe me as he then said "can you show me where is states breakfast is included?" I pointed at my Itinerary where is clearly stated 'Breakfast Included'. After this, we finally went up to our room, opened the door and to my horror the room was not what was advertised on their website. They knew we were a family of 5 adults, however gave us a room which had only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There was no place for two of my family members to sleep. I wasn't happy with this arrangement, therefore went to Reception straight away and asked them to change my room so we had beds for 5 persons. Mr Khan said to me "you can ask for many things, but I can only give what I have." my overall experience was not good, I wasn't happy with my stay
