Te vaak , wel heel goed. Maar kan er niet over communiseren, als het niet uit komt, ze spreken geen Engels. Zijn heel gespannen en nerveus ,jammer, Te vroeg , te vaak . Overal apparaten , storend !

Prima hotel, goede locatie. Uitzicht op straat was niet best, heel armoedige buurt. Zwembad was dicht vanwege technische problemen. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Zeer goed hotel
Mooi en vooral zeer net hotel dat ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen voldoet. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam. Verbinding naar het centrum is zeer goed wegens de aanwezigheid van een snelle tramlijn.

Prima hotel maar !
Goed hotel met alle voorzieningen en super ontbijt. Alleraardigst personeel , alleen de kamers zijn gehorig en aan de voorkant is er te veel lawaai van het verkeer.

Een gemiddeld hotel. Ontbijt is prima maar de service van indekken en opruimen en schoonmaken kan beter. Uiteindelijk wordt alle probleempjes opgelost maar deze hadden directer opgepakt kunnen. Niet in twee keer maar in een keer oplossen voorkomt dat je opnieuw weer iets ter sprake moet brengen.

Leuk hotel niet ver weg van het centrum
Toen we in het hotel kwamen om in te checken onze kamer was niet beschikbaar. We moesten naar andere hotel. Dat was minder leuk. De volgende dag konden wij wel naar ons hotel. Onze kamer was klaar om 10:00 uur.

Perfect hotel om Istanbul te verkennen
Hotel straalt een geweldige sfeer uit, keurige kamers, super ontbijtbuffet en heerlijk zwembad. Zeker aan te bevelen als u Istanbul wil bezoeken. De tram stopt tegenover het hotel welke u in 20 minuten in hartje centrum bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden afzet. Vergeet bij het boeken niet te vragen om een kamer met poolview, deze zijn namelijk niet gehorig, er rijden veel ambulances af en aan en als u een kamer aan de voorzijde heeft is dat minder prettig. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, niets is teveel.

I stayed in this hotel many times, everytime i come to istanbul i stay here but this time was terrible. They kept charging us for stuff we never used. They threatened my guest with calling the police. They locked my key card so i cannot access my room which had all my clothes, money and passport. They repeatedly would send someone to our room to bother us. The staff is disgustinly rude and has terrible service. I will never be sgaying here again and i will recommend everyone i know ñ not to stay here.
