This hotel listing is fake. There’s no such a hotel. The address is fake. The posted pictures are fake. The hotel is NOT CONNECTED TO AIRPORT as stated. Their airport shuttle took me to “the great hotel” which is much further away from airport than the listed address. They don’t tell you that before hand. They will say “oh Union hotel has many locations and we take people there depending on availability”. I am a traveler and have never encountered this before. Many other reviews reported the same. My guess is that they made a listing with the fake info to lure customers in. The different physical hotel has a heating problem. They have heated floors and they cannot control the temperature so the rooms get too hot and then you have to turn the AC on. There was no hot water in the bathroom, only warm water. The bed sheets were dirty with body hair all over. This is unacceptable from Expedia. I reported the issue and asked that the listing be removed immediately. They said they cannot remove it but they will review it in the future. Disappointing as many other traveler will be mislead meanwhile.

They put me in a cheaper hotel without asking me. They're a broker to other hotels. I don't think they even have a property under this name. All pics online are fake.

I booked Hotel Union because I had an early international flight from Istanbul Airport, and on Google Maps, Hotel Union is inside the airport.There are cheaper hotels in the town of Arnavutkoy, 10 Km distant by car, but I thought it was worth paying extra to be near checkin. I looked for the hotel in the airport. I couldn't find it. I called the hotel, they sent a shuttle, and it took me to The Great Airport Hotel, in Arnavutkoy.  So I had to leave this hotel at 04:00. The Great Hotel is brand new. But my room had a dangerous appliance - a kettle where the steam leaks into the handle.

Bonjour Attention l'hôtel n'est pas dans l'aéroport !!! C'est un chauffeur qui vous récupère et vous amène dans un hôtel qui vous amène dans un hôtel à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. L'hôtel non répertorié, chambre en sous sol,humidité sur les murs, bruyant. Je conseille de réserver un hôtel en dehors de l'aéroport répertorié et demandé un transfert. Cela vous coûtera bien moins cher.

Expedia gibt an 250 m zu Fuß vom Flughafen und der Name ist Union. Tatsächlich liegt das Hotel in ca. 15 min Autofahrt vom Flughafen und heißt Grandhotel. Und diese 259 m vedeuten einen Treffounkt fpr Shatle Busse. Ist chaotusch organisiert, aber funktioniert. Der kleine Bus war sehr komfortabel. Personal ist freundlich mit gutem Englisch.

I don't know what a queen size bed is but it was very small. There was also no blanket, not a single hanger in the closet. The hotel manager offered me a paid transfer to the airport, although it was included in the hotel price. The food is so expensive that it seems to me that no one has ordered anything there for a long time. There was no chair, no TV remote control, no internet. It shouldn't cost 106 euros per night out of season.
