Super ligging je kan perfect veel dingen te voet doen. Hotel zelf was heel proper en het uitzicht van de rooftop restaurant was echt fenomenaal. Waard elke cent!

Room was not as indicated on the website (much smaller), AC was not working. Elevator was broken several times. Bathroom had no ventilation and had mould. This is not a 5-star hotel. 3 star for the hotel, 4 star for the friendliness of the staff. Expedia VIP discount was not offered and not taken into account at time of check-out.

adembenemend mooii
Het is een super de lux inkom waar je ineens in een iedelische wereld beland van luxe! Helaas hebben we geen rondleiding mogen ontvangen van het hotel en zijn faciliteiten. En heb ben we een kamer geboekt voor 3 waar er een extra bed is gemonteerd, wel dat was niet zo enorm comfortabel helaas. Ook hebben we meerder malen gevraagd om de lakens te verversen wat helaas ook op 2 nachten niet is gebeurd :( Personeel was wel super hulpvol , je mag alles vragen en ze staan er 24/7. Ook wanneer onze transport naar de luchthaven bijna niet is komen opdagen.

Erg mooi hotel zeer centraal gelegen in een leuk wijk
Het hotel is een heerlijke uitvalbasis voor een stedentrip. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. Uit zicht vanaf het dakterras is prachtig. Wij hebben genoten van onze hotelkamer en van Istanbul.enige minpunt was dat ze in de lobby een indringende parfumgeur verspreiden. Wat echt niet nodig is. Het hotel g heeft een mooie goed bijgehouden lobby. Wat ik ook wil vermelden is de vlakbij gelegen restaurant Kevok , heerlijk eten, leuke bediening, en geweldige sfeer.

Zeer nette mooie schone hotel
Leuk hotel, loopafstand naar veel bezienswaardigheden. Kamers zijn erg confortabel en schoon. Netjes onderhouden. Heel vriendelijk personeel, we mochten zelfs later uitchecken omdat dat beter uitkwam met onze vlucht, helemaal gratis. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de roomservice, en prijzen waren betaalbaar. Alleen kapper in het hotel was wel prijzig. Iedere dag uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kortom zeker een aanrader!!! Volgende trip istanbul word het weer rixos pera!!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel due to multiple issues that were poorly handled. The room was unbearably noisy, making it impossible to sleep because of the loud disturbances late at night. When we complained, the front desk attendant, Emre, promised a room switch to an ocean front for the following day, which unfortunately never happened. Further adding to the frustration, Emre assured us that a taxi reservation was made for an early 4:30 AM departure. This too turned out to be untrue, and no taxi was arranged. If it weren't for a last-minute Uber, we would have missed our flight. Having traveled extensively and stayed at numerous hotels, I've never felt so misled. It's particularly disheartening when staff, particularly at the reception, promise solutions only to discover they are empty assurances. I cannot recommend this hotel as the trust in its service and integrity was completely lacking.

it was an amazing stay. hotel is very clean and at prime location. staff is very friendly and offered their best service. we visited first time for our wedding anniversary, we have been offered upgrade on room with complimentary welcome cake and juice. also breakfast rooftop is cherry on the cake. i would definitely recommend this property to everyone

Conosciamo bene la struttura per esserci già stati parecchie volte. Purtroppo la camera era caldissima (28 gradi) e non era possibile abbassare la temperatura per cui abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta con i relativi rumori della strada, ma cosa ancora più grave, non funzionava l’acqua calda per cui ci è stato impossibile fare la doccia! Ci è stata proposta all’indomani mattina una diversa stanza per fare solo la doccia ma i nostri tempi erano troppo stretti! Ci aspettavamo un attenzione per i disagi patiti dalla reception che purtroppo non c’è stata.

A good stay but..
The hotel is located in excellent location, few meters to middle of istiklal street. For us it was not really good to be in such active area because there is no possibility to have cold temperature of AC during winter. So opening the window was our only bad option. Whether it is towards the main street or pedestrian street, both were so noisy. The hotel is super clean and the staff are good.

The staff was amazing , Melisa and Halil were very helpful all the time. The room with a seaview was noisy even when you close all the windows and affected the comfort. Heating was always super strong. Two incidents affected my happiness with the stay. First one was that staff knock once on the door and enter even when the do not disturb sign is on which we addressed. 2nd one was the hotel charging us for the coffee pods in the room, i move around alot and this was a first at a five stars hotel like the Rixos. Come on guys its 2023 no body charges for that in a room unless you ask for extra !

This is a fantastic property. The location of the hotel was also ideal. It was convenient to access all the attractions and activities that we had planned, and the concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation.we also have to commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service throughout our stay. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request we had. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. All the staff- Satva, the public relations person, the bell hop, Ferat, the entire front desk, the room staff, the restaurant staff...everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The one issue was the room temperature which could not be regulated. There was also an issue with the toilet but that was immediately resolved. All in all, the place is a great deal in a great location.

Excessively Noisy and HOT!
I was very disappointed overall. Our room was hot after the first day and we were told that they turned off the A/C. The hotel is located in an extremely noisy area so when we opened the window for fresh air the constant traffic (honking of horns continuously) made it impossible to sleep well. House keeping was a mess. No dusting, trash cans not emptied, no coffee or water replacement some days. We asked 4 times before we got the coffee sent up. But mainly they promised to change our room to another tower that allowed us to control the temperature in the room for the second portion of our stay (we checked out for 3 days but had arranged to return for 2 more days) and when we came back the upgraded us to a suite next door in that had the exact same issues. I preferred a quiet room with A/C not a larger room! Everyone was very apologetic but never with any good results! I will not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel good location in the evening a bit loud but not terrible . Nice design clean super nice staff. Rooms and all area is super nice good design pretty garden restaurant between the buildings only can recommend it .
