Lokatie is goed. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Rustige buurt maar toch wel op loopafstand van veel bezienswaardigheden..ov ook op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader!

Super fijne accomodatie. Samen met mijn partner hier 4 nachten verbleven. 5 minuutjes lopen naar Sultan Ahmet moskee en ongeveer 10 minuten naar de tramhalte. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Prettige ontvangst en vriendelijk geholpen. Mooie kamer en schoon. Het hotel was coronaproof. Ontbijt was goed en vers. Vijf minuten lopen naar het centrum of een wandeling langs de Bosporos. Het hotel ligt dus mooi centraal.

Little gem, ideally located, value for money
I had a short stop over in Istanbul for 2 days on a longer business trip in Turkey. I booked this hotel, because I wanted to be 1) wihtin reach of good connection wiht the airport, 2) close to the historical city center, 3) quiet environment, 4) high review 5) value for money. Well the 'Sultans Royal' had all of this and even more. I really recommend this hotel. Personell very helpful and friendly, even though I arrived at 2 0'clock.

optimale lokatie, optimale service
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Wij maakten gebruik van 2 kamers met connecting doors: erg prettig. Bedden zijn goed, lekker geslapen. Ontbijt ook goed. Kortom fantastisch, we zouden de volgende keer weer dit hotel nemen.

We booked a family suite which was perfect for our needs. The connecting rooms were clean, spacious & cosy. My girls loved the hotel so much they asked if they could live there. Special thanks to the staff at the front desk who were always on hand to help; from taking our luggage to and from the taxis, weighing our luggage and lending us a travel card to use on the trams. A special shout out goes to Sonya who laid out a delicious breakfast every morning & would very kindly put our daughters’ favourite sweet treats in the fridge of our suite, ready to return to after a long day out visiting the sights. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel.

Auch wenn das Hotel eher klein ist, habe ich kürzlich sechs Nächte dort verbracht und alles war einwandfrei. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war einladend und entspannt. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt hier herausragend, und ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on places to go and would help us get a taxi whenever we needed one. Rashit, Mehmed and Mehmut at the front desk were very nice and the cleaning person, Sonya, was really polite and nice.

Excellent location and outstanding service
Sultans Royal Hotel is the perfect location for exploring Istanbul's Old Town. It's just a few minutes walk from the main tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque) and many restaurants. The staff are exceptional and the service is outstanding!

It was a very clean property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a few choices for vegetarians, though not very many. The stay was very comfortable. Great thing about the hotel is the location. It is hardly 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. All other major attractions in the old city are also at a walking distance. I am not sure what is meant by VIP access.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, charmant et serviable. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux sites de la vieille ville. L'hôtel est propre ainsi que les chambres, la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner complet et varié. Le seul point négatif, l'insonorisation au niveau des chambres est mauvaise. Nous sommes étonnés qu'il n'y ait eu aucun commentaire à ce sujet car vous êtes réveillés top le matin et tard le soir.

The managers, daytime and night time, were amazing! We arrived early in the morning and check in was not until 2:00 p.m. The manager told us to go ahead and have breakfast on them and he would do everything he could to get us a room as soon as he could as we had flown all night. The first room that was available was more expensive than we had reserved but he gave it to us for the same price as our original room! There was also a nice a nice young gentleman who helped me late at night for an hour with my cell phone. Then there was Sonya, the cook, and maid. She was a sweetheart who went around at breakfast to make sure everyone like what she had made, She would go to the trouble of using the interpreter on her phone so she could speak to everyone in their language! When she cleaned your room, she would add a special touch to it like a heart on your bed or flower petals. That dear, sweet lady was worth her weight in gold!!!!!
