'My husband and I came into town for a concert and to enjoy some local state parks. We enjoyed going to the beaches in the area and the Sandollar, was overall a great stay'

'At first sight , this is a very clean home in a great neighborhood. Walking in , we were welcomed with a cute and helpful gift basket. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. I will definitely consider this property next time I’m in the area'

'This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.'

'Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town.'

'A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose.'

'Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

'Close to Jacksonville beach and to some good brewerys! There is some road construction at the nearby beach access, but you can walk around it on either side.'

'What I say utility we had everything we needed for a 4-day weekend. The place was comfortable We had all the amenities we needed, shower coffee maker little kitchen nice comfortable bed. The neighborhood was pleasant everything, restaurants, Publix,coffee shops were within walking distance. The beach was so close and convenient for us to take our dog out there to play in the water.'

'The location of this unit was perfect. 25 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful nature preserve. Also super close to a wide variety of stores. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet as well. The inside of the house was very clean and equipped with extras such as soaps, sunscreen, detergent, etc. The pool is not heated, or covered, so was not usable for our stay in March. The management company was very helpful and responsive via email any time of the day.'

'We stayed at Seaspray Condos. Hosts :Bart, Jeff & Sue. This was the perfect place for a Home away from home. Clean, Tidy and Chill vibes from the furnishings to the Beachfront view. Fully stocked & furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and porch( Beach ready items). We Absolutely love this place!!! . Thank you very much for making our Anniversary stay special!!!'

'Can’t beat the view and access to the beach! The condo had comfortable beds, well-furnished kitchen large screen tv and a clean furnishings. Would stay there again!'

'The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again!'
