'We stayed at Seaspray Condos. Hosts :Bart, Jeff & Sue. This was the perfect place for a Home away from home. Clean, Tidy and Chill vibes from the furnishings to the Beachfront view. Fully stocked & furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and porch( Beach ready items). We Absolutely love this place!!! . Thank you very much for making our Anniversary stay special!!!'

'Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town.'

'A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose.'

'The house was perfect even though this is the first time I was unable to give a five star review. Pros- Nice house with a large open floor plan, the family room looks out onto the pool. The pool is huge (unheated ), the backyard is so beautiful we spent a large portion of our time there. The house amenities make it easy to feel at home, and the decorations are attractive. This house is located on a quiet residential street with just a very short walk to the beach. Catching morning sunrises...

'Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....
