'All the staff were welcoming and personable. It was obvious they took pride in their work. Our room was clean and quiet. We also appreciated having a hotel with continental breakfast. The staff running this area kept the area clean, organized, and well stocked. Additionally, this hotel had their own parking and was very close to main roads. It has been our "go to" hotel when visiting our daughter over several years. So far, we've been very happy staying here.'

'Was in town for the marathon & had to be awake by 4am. Breakfast normally starts at 7am on the weekends & went down at 4 for coffee & they had bagels, muffins, OJ, bananas, & coffee for athletes. Love that they went above & beyond even by those few hours early & I know my toasted bagel appreciated the kindness shown.'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Hotel is part of the athletic club so expect dress codes. Nice bar to sit and relax. Loved the location as able to walk to Gateway Arch, restaurants. Fee for parking but it’s in a garage and well worth it in my opinion. We were able to park upon arrival and leave our vehicle in the garage until we checked out. '

'At first glance, I thought I’d made the wrong choice of the many hotels in the area. No frills hotel, not much thought put into decorating or layout. TV in lounge area is positioned behind the wall where the chair/sofa seating is facing the breakfast area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable which is the most important. '

'This hotel was beautiful from the Grand Hall to the room we had, and everywhere in between. The historical architecture was amazing. You could probably pick apart some minor details because of age, but it was even better than we had anticipated, based on some of the reviews. Our air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as much as we would have liked, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again. '

'Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.'
