'Enjoyed the uniqueness of the house and location. Note: House and grounds are very nice but not easy to get around if you are elderly and have problems walking.We were in our late sixties/early seventies, not easy getting up to second floor. Low ceilings and doors difficult for 6 ft people. We love the antiques, pantry and great supplies.'

'We had a great time in this location! There were plenty of beds to sleep in and the house had a very cute lake cabin feel to it! We enjoyed a fire in the pit outside at night and it was quiet and peaceful. It was also very close to Misquamicut State Beach which was great'

'This beautiful home was perfect for our annual girls’ get together! It was spotlessly clean, well-appointed and comfortably furnished with everything we needed and more. Be sure to try the porch swing, it’s bliss! The property has a lovely view on a quiet dead end street surrounded by water. Darren was a wonderful, responsive host who pays attention to the details that make for a fun and relaxing vacation. We hope to revisit!'

'My extended family and I had a delightful week at Paul's place on Misquamicut beach. The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay.'

'Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!'
