Direct aan het meer met een spectaculair uitzicht. Dit kleine huisje is perfect voor 2! Geniet van uw eigen prive-zandstrand, een dok, vuurplaats en grote dek. Volledig binnen en buiten ingericht, waaronder het gebruik van kajaks. Onze locatie ligt op slechts enkele kilometers van Mohegan Sun Casino (Uncasville, CT), de nieuwe indoor kartbaan en het Trampoline Park van Naskart, evenals de Dinosaur Place en Natures Art (Montville, CT). Voor volwassenen de These Guys Brewing (Norwich, CT) en Fox Farm Brewery (Salem, CT). Het enige wat ontbreekt is YOU!

Binnen: Dit gezellige en onlangs gerenoveerde huisje ligt op prive Oxoboxo meer in Montville, CT. Vanaf het moment dat je loopt in het huisje zie je een muur van ramen met een miljoen dollar uitzicht op het meer. Er zijn uitzicht op het meer vanuit elk raam aan 3 zijden van het huisje.

Zodra je binnenkomt vindt u het huisje is mooi binnen en buiten ingericht. In de familiekamer heb je lederen sectioneel met chaise, glazen tafelbladen, TV met Amazon Fire Stick, stereo en in plafondluidsprekers. In het eten in de keuken vindt u leuke nieuwe betonnen aanrechtbladen, veel kasten, tafel met 4 stoelen, vaatwasser, oven, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster en een magnetron te vinden. In de serre heb je een mooie chaise lounge kijkt uit op het meer. De slaapkamer beschikt over een full size bed, garderobe kast, night stand met wekker en lamp. De badkamer beschikt over een stand up douche, toilet en wastafel. Hardhout en tegelvloeren kan worden gevonden door uit het huisje ook samen met een wasmachine / droger voor uw gemak.

Buiten: Eenmaal buiten vindt u een groot terras met meubels en een gasgrill. Vervolgens krijgt u uw eigen prive zandstrand, dock en vuurkorf te zien. Let op: we hebben brandhout voor 5.00 per krat. Aangezien het meer heeft geen motorische beperkingen breng uw boot of jetski te genieten van een aantal watersporten, zoals slangen of skiën, of gewoon ontspannen. We hebben ook kajak (ken) die u op eigen risico kunt gebruiken (u moet uw eigen reddingsvesten verstrekken).

Gelegen: Wij zijn dicht bij Mohegan Sun en Foxwoods Resort Casinos, Mystic, winkelen, wandelen en binnen 40 minuten van Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT) gelegen. We zijn ook binnen 2 uur na Boston en NYC

Peaceful Paradise

This is the second time we've stayed here. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this property is. It is the PERFECT peaceful getaway. The cottage is immaculate and the lake views are just stunning! If you need to relax and recharge, this is the perfect place to do so!

A beautiful and tranquil hidden gem!

This lovely little cabin on lake Oxoboxo was just perfect!! It was right on the water and there was a great little Sandy beach area with lounge chairs and tables. There were kayaks to use as well. The house itself was light and bright and full of sunshine! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had. The lake was just beautiful morning, noon, and night. And it was just completely peaceful and tranquil. It was just wonderful!! We hope to be back next year and stay even longer!!

Quiet and beautiful

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this little bitty cottage on lake oxoboxo. We couldn’t have been closer to the water and had our own private sand area to make it feel like a private paradise. The lake was peaceful and quiet and the house had everything we needed. We even took a boat ride around the lake with the awesome owners. This weekend away was exactly what the doctored ordered and we both left feeling refreshed! Thank you!!!

The house was exceptionally clean, communication was great and the house was exactly as described. You’re certainly very close to the neighbors (to be expected on lake property), but when sitting on the beach you can’t tell and feel secluded.

Thoroughly enjoyed the beach on a lake experience

The cottage is very clean, comfy, and cozy. The decor is lovely and simple. No clutter at all, so plenty of room for your own "stuff." The area is quiet and family friendly. Victoria was quick to respond to every question asked. I hope to return in the fall or spring. Lake views are calming and beautiful.

Satisfactory Get-Away

Location is great and there are many nearby attractions. We enjoyed staying at the cottage where we could get in the water, sit on the “beach” and grill on the deck that overlooked the lake. Basic amenities met all of our needs. We did some sprucing up to help us and contribute for others who would be come after us. Cleaned grill Took care of cleaning shower curtain that had some mold. Replaced a light bulb in the kitchen and put a battery in the clock. Washer and dryer were a plus. 😎 We knew there was no AC in the house but due to the extreme temperatures during our stay it was quite hot in the house even at night.

Lovely Relaxing Lake!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy lake cottage and Victoria was very helpful any time we had questions. Having the kayaks there made the stay especially fun. The lake is a perfect size for exploring in a kayak or canoe. We were quite comfortable and hope to return sometime in the future!

Lakefront Get-away

Beautiful waterfront property! The views are amazing and the beachfront area helps relax your soul. Victoria greeted us on arrival and even went above and beyond to send us our left behind boat registration sticker. The neighbors were very welcoming and friendly as well. Perfect spot to unwind, float, fish, swim and boat. We also had a few bald eagles soaring above us!! Thank you, Victoria for letting us celebrate our 20 year anniversary at your lakefront oasis.

Perfect Reset Weekend

This was the perfect stay for my friends and I for a much needed beautiful change of scenery. The quiet setting of the lake was so incredibly relaxing. Winter Weekend

This was a perfect little getaway for my husband and and I on our anniversary. The house is a small, little bungalow and pretty much right on the water. Even though the houses in the neighborhood are close together around the lake, it was still real quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend, and would love to see it in the summer.

Had a very nice time. Everything was clean and the owner was at the cottage to fill us in on what we needed to know and to answer all our questions. The only downside was the lack of cable tv even though cable is listed in the description. the tv was streaming only and my wife and I do not subscribe to streaming apps. Other than that our experience at the cottage was very enjoyable.

Perfect lakeside retreat!

Wonderful property. Beautiful view of the lake from the cottage. Enjoyed the beach and deck every day. The cottage is well stocked for every need. The fire pit is a really nice feature. The photos of this property are 100% accurate. CT beaches are only 30 minutes or so drive away. We really enjoyed our vacation at this lakeside retreat!

Awesome family vacation!

The stay It was fantastic! Waking up every morning to the beautiful view of the lake is breathtaking! The property was perfect the location in Aber hood it was clean and safe and it was everything that we were looking for in our family vacation with our newborn baby. We couldn’t have asked for any more and this is certainly a location that we would look into staying again!

Great stay on a beautiful lake!

We stayed from 9/7 to 9/11/20 and we had a great time. The cottage is adorable, very clean and well stocked, and the view is amazing! Neighbors were closer than expected, but it was quiet and peaceful so no problem. The beach is fantastic and kayaking was so much fun. Our only complaint would be the shower. It's very small - which we could deal with - but the shower head is awful and that made showering a real drag. Victoria was very attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to rent again!
