'A beautiful stay with lovely staff members. I stayed for one night on the 1st of June. I arrived around 9:30pm and staff members were helpful and great. The next morning the staff in the morning were also very helpful and accommodating. Was treated to a upgraded room which was large and clean and also some fruit juice. 'I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished. '

We appreciate the hospitality of all the personnel, the facilities in and outside the room, great breakfast lounge, food and breakfast crew, and the comfort throughout the hotel gave us a home worth feeling from start of our stay until the end. A small improvement would be the wifi dropouts from time to time in one of the rooms but this could be caused by being in a room edge of the building. And also several very short power cut offs which could be inherit to the city we were in. So overall a more than pleasant 2 weeks stay for us and a very deserved recommendation."
