'Beautiful spot!'

'Our stay was memorable for the parents, kids and grandma. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times.'

'Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners.'

'This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.'

'The condo was perfect for our stay! Two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, one and a half baths including a full size washer and dryer; and great living room area with two couches and 4 barstools - plenty of room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything -- sand toys for kids, boogie boards, pool floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler -- the works! We had family at a neighboring resort and it was great when other cousins wandered over to hang out and they could chat and they...

'This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!'

'The location of this unit is centralized to everything that you could possibly need and was extremely convenient. It was nice to be able to take a stroll along the coast in the evening. The unit also provided many essentials. The beds were extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. Donna responded to all of our questions quickly.'

'We enjoyed our week long stay at Kapaa Shores. The location is great, very walkable. We saw gorgeous sunrises from the oceanfront balcony. It was nice that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler for taking down to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.'

'Nice place for a couple . Ocean view is amazing. Location is awesome to visit all sides of island . Grocery store is across the street ! Oasis next door is a must for beach dining ! Just a short walk for a fabulous meal . No complaints ! We will be back ! Really nice !'

'Had a wonderful stay in Kappa at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Our unit was exceptional-clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. The resort has everything we wanted - a pool to relax around, the Oasis restaurant is not to be missed and situated within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Safeway and ABC. Enjoyed our stay so much, we’re planning for next January a longer stay. The Remax management of this particular condo were great. Had a couple of issues upon arrival dealt with right...

'This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.'
