'The Summit house was just what we needed for our family of ten. Ample room for all. Communication excellent for all our needs. The welcome basket was a special treat. Wish we could live together there forever! There is no way we could have been soo comfortable renting separate condos. Game room and weight rooms were used by all and appreciated.'

'We are 2 couples. Life-Long best friends. We live in beautiful, shovel & blow white snow country so to get away together and RELAX lulled to sleep by the surf was a total needed blessing! The screened porch made for the very best place for morning coffee and meals. (We chose not to eat inside.) comfy beds, lots of towels, great supply of everything in the kitchen. 'If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around.'

'Great location for our family. You could walk across the street to Napili bay or take 7 minute walk to Kapalua bay. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The vrbo was very well equipped for a beach day with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and has great space for our family vacation.'

'Great property for 4 people, the house is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a separate little room with a pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms had a huge shower with dual shower heads and a washer and dryer. I would recommend highly recommend this property. 'This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on...

'We had 18 family members, 4 generations stay at this property for almost a week. Everything about these two homes were absolutely amazing! Many comments were "I have never stayed somewhere this beautiful". Great location with plenty of fun things to do and a great way to relax around the pool! I hope to return there in the future!'

'This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for the beach as well as a well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, spices and oils. The views are amazing. We spent many nights star gazing and the days in awe of the mountains and ocean views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.'

'Large house that easily accommodated our family. Outside deck has fabulous ocean views. Whales and sea turtles were abundant and great to watch. The house was fairly well appointed, but a bit dated. Upstairs shower leaked into the master bathroom. Wine coolers did not cool. Communication with the property team was excellent and they checked in with us throughout our stay. 'The house and location were perfect for our family of 10. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short drive or 10 min walk to the beach. There was ample public parking next to the beach which was excellent for snorkelling. The pool was ideal for our 4 grandchildren and the house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the VRBO web site. 'We had a wonderful stay at this Maui property. The unit was just as depicted, and was a perfect fit for our family of 5, plus Grandma. All the necessary kitchen items were there to make everything that we desired, and were in relatively good shape. We constantly watched for whales, watched the clouds play on Moloka'i's peaks, watched the brilliant sunsets, and tried to count the stars.
