'We came as a family of 10. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 teens. This house fit us very well. It is as described in the listing, but so much more. Generous supplies (bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry, linens, bbq, including bath/beach towels), games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs galore, comfortable furniture, very clean, working order of all utilities. Our property manager Brinton was promptly and kindly accessible for questions (answered immediately), excellent recommendations and reponses...

'We love, Napili Bay, and the location of this property is amazing - All we had to do is walk across the street to the beach!! Lots of beach toys available in the garage, including beach chairs. Garage held both of our cars nicely and was very safe. Every room and kitchen was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable - there was even a light in the closet, which would’ve been the only thing I would’ve suggested, but don’t have to. Communication has been so easy and timely!'

'We spent a wonderful week with our 6 adult children, their spouses and our young grandchildren. The home is very spacious and provided comfortable rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The backyard and pool were a fantastic addition to the beach time. It was perfect for the little ones to enjoy, as wells as the adults. 'What a wonderful place to stay with our family for our 50th anniversary! It was so beautiful and the pool and patio were our favorite places to interact. It's very accurately portrayed by the photos on the VRBO app. Beautiful!! Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Th sunsets and ocean views were spectacular!'

'The house is amazing - perfect for our family of 10! Very well stocked from kitchen to laundry and bathroom supplies. I would say that the only negative is beach access due to limited public parking, but we made it work. This was our first big family vacation in years and everyone thought it was the best!!!'

'Large house that easily accommodated our family. Outside deck has fabulous ocean views. Whales and sea turtles were abundant and great to watch. The house was fairly well appointed, but a bit dated. Upstairs shower leaked into the master bathroom. Wine coolers did not cool. Communication with the property team was excellent and they checked in with us throughout our stay. Overall an excellent property.'

'The location was great for getting to the beach and was very walkable to many great places. Not a lot of shopping within walking distance, but very quick to drive to. Some of the neighbors did not seem very happy we were there, but overall it was a really great place to stay and we hope to be back!'

'If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around.'

'We had a wonderful time, very hard to leave. The condo was nice and clean and in a good location. Would be nice to have barbecue tools/metal pan and a few spices and perhaps some foil or plastic wrap. Would definitely stay again!'

'Great location for our family. You could walk across the street to Napili bay or take 7 minute walk to Kapalua bay. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The vrbo was very well equipped for a beach day with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and has great space for our family vacation.'
