'The house was nice but a couple of areas were in disrepair and also amenities not as advertised. The tub in the master did not work, the double sink, only one sink worked, broken door on master bathroom. There was no grill and no gas for the fire pit, Garbage disposal did not work which caused the sink to flood and back up. The projector and Xbox was not available. Contacted vrbo owner and he said it was stolen. Queen bedroom upstairs was on a metal frame with no slats and the bed fell through....

All the extra touches on the house were perfect and a tankless water heater it was great! Our kids enjoyed staying there as much as we did! Great house and comfortable beds. 'Everyone on our trip was thoroughly impressed with the house. It’s been updated but still retains beautiful characteristics from the times it was constructed, I believe the 1930s. It’s a beautiful house and the space is well utilized, having three bedrooms was nice. It wasn’t too hot out when we went but still worth noting that the a/c blew ice cold air.
