Charmant, onlangs gerenoveerd huis in de binnenstad, vlak bij de historische Route 66. Het ligt dicht bij het beursterrein, TU, Cherry Street en op 7 minuten van het BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, Guthrie Green en het centrum van Tulsa. Dit huis met 2 slaapkamers is perfect voor koppels, kleine gezinnen, solo-avonturiers en zakenreizigers. Het heeft een mooie buitenruimte met terras en open haard in een rustige buurt. Volledig vernieuwde keuken en interieur. Om nog maar te zwijgen van de bedden zijn comfortabel en de wifi is sterk. (Honden zijn bespreekbaar, als ze het vriendelijk vragen, ha !.)

1100 m2 woonoppervlak met garage voor 1 auto en een koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron, fornuis, koffiezetapparaat en een grote wasmachine en droger voor uw gebruik. Volledig omheinde achtertuin met volwassen bomen. Hoofdslaapkamer kan gemakkelijk 2 slapen in een queensize bed, terwijl slaapkamer # 2 maximaal 2 in een tweepersoonsbed kan slapen.

This house is fantastic! It's very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It didn't take us long to get anywhere we went in Tulsa, especially downtown. They have fixed this old house up making it a perfect place to stay! The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Clark goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and enjoying their stay. If I ever visit Tulsa again I will definitely stay at this house!

Fantastic stay

We were in town for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It is clean, safe, comfortable, very reasonably priced, and conveniently located (we were told that in Tulsa you're about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go, and that was about right!). The best feature though is your hosts, who are truly the kindest, friendliest, most accommodating hosts you will ever have (at least that was our experience). There were a couple things we couldn't find in the kitchen so I let Clark know, and voila, they were there for us the next day. I'm not sure if we'll have a reason to return to Tulsa in the near future, but for those of you who will be, I highly recommend you stay here!

Lovely place

We were very happy with this little house. Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the main roads and especially near Route 66! I felt safe there. It was very clean and well taken care of. I was a little hesitant when I saw the steps to the house because they needed a little tlc, but once we got in, it was very clean, neat and spacious for the three of us and our little dog. We would definitely come here again in the future. A big thanks to Clark, and his hospitality. He was very accommodating and helpful anytime I needed to call.

Gorgeous home in a neighborhood not far from Route 66. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful kitchen. It felt like home. Communication with the host was professional, friendly, and accurate. Couldn't recommended this property higher. Great value for a home away from home.

Loved this Tulsa jome

This was indeed a bright spot to celebrate my 70th birthday! Everything decorated nice. Clean. Centrally located for the activities and restaurants on Cherry Street in Tulsa. Loved the atmosphere. Our daily walks were relaxing, Clark and his wife were very accessible by text on couple of questions. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of urban wildlife, squirrels rabbits, etc.

Perfect Place!

1st time I had been to Tulsa, so I had no idea where to stay. We had 2 puppies with us so we knew a pet friendly place with a fenced in yard was a requirement. Cleanliness is my #1 priority after that. Somehow we lucked out! This place wads perfect. The minute we walked through the door we immediately felt welcome and like we were "home." Very clean with a big back yard. The decor was inviting and exactly what we needed. The master bedroom mattress was divine! Spent an evening listening to the albums provided and loved every second of it. The communication with the host was extremely quick, and his helpfulness and suggestions were much appreciated. Don't waste time looking any further. :-)

Very cute house!

We cut our stay short due to weather but the house was very nice. The decor was adorable. Comfortable size for our family and dogs. The host was really great. The only inconvenience for us was the shared fence with the neighbors.

What a great home and great owners! A very nice home complete with living green plants inside which makes it so more homely than most rentals. Even a phonograph with actual records! A great location close to highways and shops and theatres, etc. Perfect communication as well.
