'The kids had a blast meeting and playing with the other families. It rained a bit, but the tents stayed dry and staff worked hard to dry the outside areas and restart the outdoor fires when weather permitted. '

'The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in a safe neighborhood. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is there were no pillowcases for the extra pillows or linen for the pullout sofa. I would definitely stay here again! It was very close to the Island. '

'Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. 'We absolutely love this cabin and it's perfect for our growing family now that we have 4 grandkids. We're a family of 10 and it's 4 bedroom's and 5 1/2 bathrooms are perfect. The views from all of the bedrooms and the game room are Majestic to say the least. Then the 16' movie theater is like having a professional theater in your cabin. 'Our family of 8 ranging from 9 to 80 had a great stay at Phoenix Lodge! Enough bedrooms and baths plus private spaces. House is beautiful and very clean. Pool was a big hit. Views are fabulous. The 2 bears we saw were a plus. We arrived the day after a bad storm with trees down and no electric. The host was completely on top of the issues. Excellent communication throughout our stay.'

'I can see why they will not refund your money. The rooms are very small and the floors creak terrible. They even know this by the sign walking in asking you to walk softly. Walls are paper thin and you can hear others talking. I feel like my money was stolen. From the conversation I heard from other guests while looking at the room we are not the only ones disappointed with the room.
