'The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! 'This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. 'Almost perfect… except the Onsen, which is a key component of any ski holiday in Japan. The onsen was fantastic and we used it twice a day. However it was largely ruined by Chinese guests who disrespected Japanese culture - and all other guests using the onsen by getting straight into the bath without washing first. We were not the only guests who felt this. The signs and instructions for onsen use were in Japanese and English only. Need to have signs in Chinese too. '

'The owner “Yama sang” and staff are so polite and nice. Yama sang would drop you off at ski resorts and major hotels and attractions if you need a ride. Breakfast is included although the stay is very reasonable. Breakfasts were excellent. I had problems coming back home since I couldn’t make bus reservations.
