'The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.'

'We wanted to find a place that would accommodate our boat and dog and woodchuck marina was above and beyond our expectations. Emily was wonderful!! So accommodating and has done a beautiful job renovating. Yard is fenced in which allowed our dog to be off leash outside. So nice. Beautiful home and yard with a relaxing hot tub after a day on Lake Erie. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us Emily (and Chief). You guys are awesome.'

'This charming home is in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to stores & restaurants to replenish supplies and/or enjoy a meal out. The cottage is VERY clean & decorated in an elegant & cheerful way, with plenty of space. Our VRBO hostess replied in a timely - and very patient - manner to my many messages before, during, and after our stay. Would we stay here again? 100% YES!!!'

'My stay was very pleasant, the home was a cozy clean place. I only had just a couple of things I would suggest is that you maybe put in plug ins because the house reaked of older home smell. And to maybe add another television to one of the rooms. Other than those things. This home gave me a chance to spend time and see most of my nieces and nephews whom I hadn’t seen in 3 years or more, so I say thank you for your cozy home. My family came together to give tribute to my mother for Mother’s Day...

'Was a great location and very clean! Beds were comfy. Neighbors were not welcoming but didn’t bother us either. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake! Parking would be a little challenging if you have bigger vehicles.'

'Perfect set up for men fishing for a week. As stated earlier, be cautions while trailering a boat as the road is tight and twisty, any boat over 20' might have to rethink the location. The turnaround driveway could use some gravel. Overall, a good place for men to hang their hats for a night or more.'
