When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

'If you're like me when planning where to stay while traveling, I'm looking for something very affordable that's still nice, clean, comfortable and safe. Competition is tough so finding the right place can be like rolling the dice. Lindley's Little Gem exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness is very important to me. I'd give this a 10 out of 10! Although this is a small one-bedroom, one-bath older home (cottage), it has a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub, big walk-in shower, good thick towels...

'Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty, household trashcans dirty, under beds dirty, oven and broiler need cleaning. Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items. The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces. Suggestions: Cutting board, colander...

'Came with my mom for a girl’s trip to the Silos. The house is beautifully updated and decorated. Everything is new and clean. The location is an easy walk to the Silos and other shopping in the area. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a great trip!'

One the day of arrival, I received specific instructions on how to access the house. We arrived and got into the house without any issues & we loved it! 'If you are looking for a unique rental, look no further! This quaint treehouse takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the quiet atmosphere and reading. There is no television. The description is accurate, so if you're not looking for this type of rental don't stay here. The owner was extremely kind and made sure our stay was great!'
