TERRIBLE experience. From stained carpets and soiled/stained upholstered furniture to unclean sheets (hairs and debris), to molded coffee grounds left from the last guest in the coffee maker. The home is in need of repairs inside and out. We felt very unsafe when inside because the front door and back doors had large gaps in them at the base that look like critters could crawl in easily or someone could break in without much work. Also, the neighborhood is very scary and sketchy. We felt so unsafe we left a night early, we booked 2 nights and only stayed 1. Also, the house is for sale and the house next door, never a good sign. It is pet friendly BUT you will want to stay away from this one!!

Great communication from host and an adorable, clean home made this stay great. The girls on our "girls trip to the Silos" appreciated plenty of thoughtful amenities and towels, spacious bathrooms, and off-street parking. We will definitely try to book again on our next trip to Waco.

Nice place. Great AC, had a little trouble logging into Netflix and getting the tv sorted but finally figured it out. Shower in master dropped a lot of water outside the shower, really suggest a curtain or something to keep it in. Bed was comfy. Pillows not so much but no place (even hotels have good pillows). I did not like that there was no desk to work, had to work at the table and there was hair left in the sinks, around the toilet, and in the restroom. Eww.

Girls Trip

Weekend trip with my daughter and grand daughters. The house is lovely and well appointed! I love the renovation. It is compact, but the rooms are spacious. The girls had fun with corn hole in the backyard, and we could easily keep an eye on them. Although we decided not to bring the dog, the dog bowls and treats were a thoughtful extra. I would highly recommend this property!

Mid-Week stay

We loved our time here in Waco. During the day we watching basketball as our kids were playing in the State Basketball tournament, but the mornings and evenings at the Waco Victorian were great. The house was clean and inviting and the 3 bathrooms were very helpful for my wife and I, my father-in-law, and my daughter & her friend to not be in each other's way. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood with a mixed newly renovated homes with some that desperately need renovating, but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The baked Bliss bakery just around the corner was amazing and we went every morning we were there. They don't open til 9am, so don't go too early. We may definitely stay here again next February if we find ourselves in the State finals again.

This house was perfect for our family group of three; we each had our own bedroom/bath. We loved having wine and appetizers on the deck and were happy to have a well-stocked kitchen especially with coffee!

Lots of CLEAN PRIVATE space in a small property

If you are looking for a well kept space where you don’t need a yard, this is it! The patio has two nice seating areas and the home has three full baths with two attached to bedrooms! The kitchen has all the basics to cook! The internet and TV functioned well 🤗
