'The house was perfect for our needs. There were 9 of us sharing the house for a long weekend and it was had plenty of casual seating for us. 'We had a wonderful time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep. 'We enjoyed the closeness to the beaches from this property. Fell in love with the Michigan beaches on this trip. Kat was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend new skillets and pots - non-stick would have been nice. Appreciated the coffee and filters for the coffee pot.'

'Had 5 families and the facility was perfect with every family having their own room and separate room for the kids. The indoor pool and sauna were great fun. Also the spacious yard and fire pit were spot on. I highly recommend this place for groups of 20+!'

'We enjoyed this cabin over the Memorial Day weekend. It had everything we needed to grill, have a fire, and enjoy nature. Hosts responded quickly to messages and thought of many little details to help make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed watching movies, sitting on the screened in porch, and having lunch on the patio. We also enjoyed the board games and made use of many of the kitchen items.'

'My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan. We enjoyed our two night stay immensely and would stay here again. Thank you Nathan for everything! Greg!'

'My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay! We were just a few minutes walk away from the beach, and it was an easy walk to town as well. The house was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. We had a group of 7 adults, 6 kids, and 2 infants, and the house was the perfect size for us all. There were also lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to use in the garage. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again for future family vacations!'

'The house was everything as advertised. 11 in our group from grandparents to 9 year old. The pool and the hot tub were the major satisfaction items. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The location in regards to North beach, three parks, and downtown was superb in that all were easy walks. Parking was good. Actual house was clean and recently (couple of years) renovated with new appliances. We ate in all dinners.'
