'We had an amazing time. Excellent restaurants. Walking distance to the beach was amazing. Not far of a walk to Oceanside Pier. The house was perfect for the two of us with our German shepherd. Talking about wanting to go back and stay.'

'My husband took our 2 teen daughters to Lynn’s place this past week for 4 nights. It was spectacular! The views are incredible, and the sunsets were unbelievable. We sat several nights on the deck and just watched all the people walking and enjoying the coastline with their adorable dogs! The cottage is fully stocked and adorably decorated. The beds are SO comfortable! We will definitely be back, Encinitas is the coolest spot and a great place to see and visit the San Diego area! Thank you Lynn!'

'The house was clean and comfortable. Parking on the street was required because our low rental car could not make it up the steep driveway into the garage. This was problematic for us and it would be the only reason we wouldn't stay there again'

'My husband and I were in town for a special birthday party and we stayed at this wonderful new house. The house was immaculate, and Colette was very accommodating for early arrival. We really appreciated the Quality linens, towels, and special touches throughout the house. Super proximity to the town of Delmar and the ocean. Everything was walkable.. 'Great location, fantastic view, great for a weekend getaway. For a longer stay you will need some basics for cooking and your own towels. Parking is super tricky via the alley way but we would definitely return again.'

'I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. 'Lots of B&B type atmosphere in the property, spacious to hang out, great location near the village with restaurants a short walk. 3rd bedroom is only reachable through the second bedroom. Great yard and accommodation for our dog. Host is great. Significant trek to the beach.'

'The place was exactly as pictured-Much nicer than the condo our family members stayed in in building D. My only suggestions is to have grilling utensils (in the event you want to use the property grills). And better instructions on where the office is to pickup your keys. We could not find the office. We asked 3 or 4 people around the pool and no one knew I finally bumped into an amazon delivery guys who directed me to the office. Otherwise our stay was great. We would definitely stay here...

'Overall this cottage looks like an afterthought. Knitted (or crocheted) pillows were old with long black hairs. We didnt use them. Bed linens clean, great towels. Cottage is cluttered and really needs some love. Bathroom ceiling (directly over the toilet) has a large crack that leaves dusty dark particles all over the tank cover no matter how often I cleaned the tank top. 'Stay was great and we would be happy to come back. My mother was amazed at how nice the place was, and I was surprised to hear her comment as such so many times. My kids loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, and everything worked. Patio was great to catch the ocean breeze, and the complex grounds are beautiful and well-designed to create seclusion and privacy. Koi pond was a major draw for my kids and others that stopped by. There was construction going on...

'Very nice condo off the beach. Kitchen amenities were great. The only downside was the few outdated things (loose sink faucet and shower head), thin walls, and the power outage due to construction. Otherwise, the room was spacious and felt like home.'
