We willen dat je het gevoel hebt bij je goede vrienden te blijven in een gezellige en ontspannen omgeving.

Exterieur: Omsloten door hoge bomen en beveiligd hek, kunt u met onze grote tuin feesten onder vrienden en familie. We hebben ook boogieplanken, strandspullen, vuurplaats, grill, buitendouche, buitenverwarmers en zelfs een extra schuur voor uw kinderen om te kamperen. Het is ook veilig voor huisdieren om rond te rennen.

Interieur: Het huisje heeft 1 slaapkamer met queensize bed, 1 badkamer, 1 woonkamer met een slaapbank - koningin, 1 volledige keuken en een eethoek. De ruimte is schoon, licht, luchtig en ontspannend.

Parkeren: u kunt parkeren op oprit of straat.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here. We had the most relaxing, enjoyable time. The yard is beautiful and private! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach and town are just a short walk away. We hardly used our car. Jim is a great host. He even had a little gift for us when we got there. We will definitely be going back!

Amazing Stay at Jim’s Beach Cottage !!

We had a fantastic stay at Jim’s beach cottage! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. Wonderful property with spacious fenced in back yard. Kitchen very well equipped, remodeled bath very comfortable. Comfortable bed and living area. Host lives next doir and came over at check in in the evening to show all the features of the place. Will plan to stay here again for sure.

Best Experience!

We had an incredible time with our 2 tiny pups. The pictures do not do the place justice. Jim is a very gracious host. A sweet gift upon our arrival and so many unexpected touches. Jim also reached out to us to let us know that the place was ready and if we wanted to check in early we could. It was an easy walk to Carlsbad Village and the Beach. We would definitely like to visit again.

Carlsbad Winter Getaway

The cottage is wonderful including an awesome fenced in yard. Our host Jim was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage which is a short walk to the beach and downtown.

Even better than the pictures

This was one of the easiest places we have ever stayed at. Everything from the check in to the outdoor lights was stress free. A fantasic yard that the pictures didn't really capture. The inside space was cozy and well layed out. Very pet friendly. Really loved this place and can't wait to stay again.

Fabulous place

This property is amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and clean with thoughtful touches like a water cooler. We had a lovely card and gift waiting for us as return guests. The showstopper is the yard. It is incredibly private and beautiful. There is a covered patio with heaters and large dining table, chaiselounges and a fire pit. It has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather. Our dog loved it as well. You can also park inside the gate which was nice. The size of the yard is unheard of a couple blocks from the beach. You can walk to everything in the village and there are lots of shops and restaurants. We didn’t even use our car some days.

Fantastic house near the beach

We loved every detail of this place. The patio and yard are so inviting and comfortable that we almost didn’t want to go anywhere, but the beach is a short walk away and so are the restaurants and shops. It was easy to come and go. Jim is a super friendly and thoughtful host.

Location!

So, let's just start with location, location, location. A short 2 block walk to the beach. In the other direction is a 2-block walk to Carlsbad village. I personally would never rent anywhere else. And I haven't even mentioned Jim, the host. Jim was the best VRBO host we have ever had, and we've been VRBOing for many years. Jim has lived in Carlsbad his entire life and is a walking encyclopedia of everything San Diego. My husband and I had the best week, and I am so grateful that my dog was also welcomed in open arms. Jim was amazing in ways I can't describe. We loved our stay.

Great Beach Cottage with pets; Awesome Property Manager

Jim the owner and property manager has thought of everything you would want for a vacation at the beach. We brought our 2 dogs. The yard is perfect for dogs. It is fenced in and spacious enough to play fetch with our Labrador Retriever. Jim made check-in easy and was available for any questions. The house is 2 blocks from the Carlsbad boardwalk and walking distance to downtown Carlsbad. My husband and I stayed with our dogs over Christmas visiting relatives in Carlsbad. We will be back!

Great stay

This property was clean and well supplied with goodies and necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and close to town and to the beach. 5 day vacation

This cottage was amazing! Jim is a phenomenal host, it has everything you need, and a short walk to the beach and downtown Carlsbad Village. You can park your vehicle behind the front gate which is very safe and secure. Everyone in the area is super nice, the yard is very big, we were able to bring our dog and there were no concerns of her getting out. our family and dog will be back.
