'We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. 'Overall this place was wonderful. The yard and outdoor amenities were great. Inside is on the small side but perfect for up to four. Jim was a great host, extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and will be back in a couple of months.'

'The house was fantastic, very cozy, comfortable, big and lots of light. The location and neighborhood was close to the beach and needed stores, and felt super safe and friendly. The beach vibe was so fun, we loved it! The only small confusion was with check in and check out. There were no instructions and we had to do trial and error with door locks and property access, etc. Would suggest a welcome manual.'

'This location is fantastic for an easy walk to the beach! Our young family (kids ages 1 & 3) had a very comfortable stay. We brought our own pack-n-play (though one is supplied) and used the cottage's high chair. We enjoyed the list of recommended restaurants. Helpful host. We had a fantastic time here!
