'Property is showing signs of wear. The house could use a deep cleaning. Sofas and chairs are stained and curtains are dirty. There were cobwebs with live spiders in the skylights in the shower and kitchen. Lots of windows need screens. There was a mother fox and her 4 kits that live under the steps to the beach. 'A wonderful space for our family of seven. Top floor was the perfect room for our big kids! Clean and very comfortable with beach vibes throughout. Nice to have a garage for parking and all of the beach toys and chairs/umbrellas. The outdoor garage bathroom is so great, helping to keep sand out of the house. 'I'm not one to complain or write negative reviews, but this was not a great place to stay. The outside is immaculate and beautiful, but that's about where it stops.
