'We had our home tented for termites so picked this property because it allows pets and was highly rated. We were very comfortable there and so were our two cats. It’s in a great location in Old Town and we enjoyed taking walks in the area and walking to restaurants. The cottage is clean, well equipped, comfortable and homey. It also has a lovely outdoor enclosed patio. Would definitely recommend it to others.'

'The location is great. It is the second house back from the boardwalk and you can see and hear the ocean from the balconies. You can also hear it all night if you leave the screen door open, which is dreamy, let's face it. It is also far enough down from the melee that is the bars and restaurants for the whipper snapper partier crews so that you don't have to be in that scene if you don't want to. But it's also close enough that you can join in if that's your vibe. The kitchen is well stocked....

'The house was great! Especially the draw dropping Ocean view with the sunset! Location is amazing as well. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. My only complaints are that there is a lot of dog hair on the couches, especially the downstairs couch. And the gate to get beach access down at the bottom of the steps is difficult to open. I communicated with the host about this and they immediately replied with a solution, but we were still unable to open the gate, so we...

'Beautiful unit right on the water with gorgeous unobstructed views of the water, sunsets and surfers. House was well appointed, with comfortable furnishings and lots of equipment for beach fun. We had a wonderful stay! '

'The views were stunning in this well appointed home. Plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. Our grandsons (age 3) loved the boxes of toys. Joseph was very responsive to any issues we had. '
