'Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement.'

'We had a great stay for a week in February! The location was great! We even both worked 3 days from this location and the internet was able to handle it! Great kitchen stocked with most of what is needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept better than at home! Having a washer and dryer was great. Communication with the host was excellent! All around very pleased and would definitely stay here again!'

'Host was awesome and very attentive. Host responded to any questions we had quickly. Location is close to SAN for travel but also 9 minutes to Mission or Ocean beaches. Walking to great coffee shops and Little Italy is very walkable as well. So much great food, shopping, hiking and sight seeing. Definitely recommend this VRBO for friends or family trip. We could have confortably slept 8. '

'The host was very helpful and we loved the private outdoor space. The artwork is beautiful and adds a serene feel to the space. The beds & trundle bed were comfortable. The sofa was deemed uncomfortable, both for sitting or sleeping. Living room/dining room has harsh lighting, but great if you like it bright. All windows but the kitchen (looks out into the yard space) are covered with privacy film; light but no visual. We were surprised that our only entrance was in an alley, but it worked well....

'Lots of good things about house, clean, location, walkable neighborhood & restaurants. Responsive owner and easy check-in and check out. But the bedrooms and beds were small and the centrally located bathroom needs a fan for privacy. It was comfortable and pretty well appointed but wish there was cream and sugar to go with the Kuerig coffee maker. Good stay overall. '
