'Location and the views! The house is an easy drive to everything in San Diego. The backyard was perfect for our kids and you couldn’t beat the views. The host was very communicative and welcoming also. '

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Planes constantly overhead all day but that is all of Ocean Beach no matter where you are and wish I knew that first. 'Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement.'

Walking to great coffee shops and Little Italy is very walkable as well. So much great food, shopping, hiking and sight seeing. Definitely recommend this VRBO for friends or family trip. 'The property was very fresh and inviting. The host was very nice. The home had plenty of towels and other useful amenities. Close to shops, the bay and the trolley. The area is a little noisy due to the train, if you're a light sleeper.'

'We had a great stay for a week in February! The location was great! We even both worked 3 days from this location and the internet was able to handle it! Great kitchen stocked with most of what is needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept better than at home! Having a washer and dryer was great. Communication with the host was excellent! All around very pleased and would definitely stay here again!'
