The neighborhood behind this property is lovely to walk through. The cons- This run-down property basically overlooks a freeway on-ramp. The hot tub is in shambles with a shredded top. The kitchen faucet is falling off and has reversed hot/cold. The stove is missing nobs. All the windows are inoperable. The “AC” is a mobile unit in the living room...

'Location and the views! The house is an easy drive to everything in San Diego. The backyard was perfect for our kids and you couldn’t beat the views. The host was very communicative and welcoming also. '

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Planes constantly overhead all day but that is all of Ocean Beach no matter where you are and wish I knew that first.
