'Check in process was easy, unfortunately unless you’re planning on bathing in the pool outside it’s not a comfortable stay. The water in the home only stays hot for about 3 minutes until it goes cold. Informed the owner and was told “thanks for the info please monitor it”. Most of my family chose not to shower while we were there. Couldn’t even finish washing the dishes before the water got cold. And the pictures are not updated for what the home currently looks like. '

As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. 'Eileen was very responsive and flexible. We had a little mix up with the checkin and she cleared it up immediately. Neighborhood is great, nice that it has a parking spot given the area.'

'I had a very tough time communicating with the host the day of check-in and getting instructions to access the property, which led to a difficult situation with Vrbo where they offered to cancel and rebook our reservation. The amenities were OK, not amazing. The space did have a bit of a musty smell, but we were able to air it out opening doors/windows. The location was perfect though, very walkable. '
