'Perfect place to stay in Yosemite! Stayed in the larger unit last year, which is roomier with a large kitchen. Since it was already booked 8 months in advance, we rented the smaller place which is a decent sized studio. Feels like a large hotel room, but is very comfortable and convenient, especially if you don’t plan on cooking much. We used the outdoor grill and it was great. Good ac, quiet. '

'Overall a nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the heater worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils and appliances. The only caveats were the driveway which was a bit tricky to maneuver and the stairway to the front door. The property is not wheelchair friendly. The electric stove was a bit of a learning curve. 'The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen. With temperatures up to 97°F in the day, we needed to keep as many windows and doors open at night to have a reasonable temperature and lack of screens...

'The house was clean and the instructions to find it and to get into the house and the check-in check-out process were flawless. One thing to be aware of the downstairs bedroom has two bunkbeds so that sleeps for., not three bunkbeds, like it says in one location.The jumping rock and the river are gorgeous. 'My sister, daughter and I enjoyed being able to stay within the park. The accomodations were exactly as described. Our beds were comfy! One thing a traveler should know about is the occasional power outage. We had one that lasted over 6 hours one afternoon into the evening. If my sister had come that uses a CPAP, this would have been a problem. Something to consider, there is no generator on site. '

'In general, this place is decent. It's located inside the park, about 30 minutes away from the Valley. It is pretty clean and provides most of things needed for a couple of nights. When we needed coffee and more kitchen towel, I texted the staff and she dropped them off quickly. It's a bit pricey but I guess most properties inside the park during the summer over the weekend are probably similar. '

'We stayed at this property with our adult children during a family vacation. It was clean and comfortable, and it was great to be able to stay inside the park. A couple of things we weren’t aware of (these did not impact my rating, just FYI for others). The property is around 2000 ft higher than Yosemite Valley, which means more snow in winter/spring. We were unable to get one of our cars up the driveway during a late winter storm. It is steep and has a hole at the bottom, which made traction...

'Got a call approx 2 weeks before visit stating the house we chose needed repairs due to storm damage & offered us a different house upon our approval. I called next day & said the house was acceptable to us. Never heard from them again. When we arrived, our packet had the original house number on it. So we went there & that's where we stayed. No one ever notified us that our original house choice was now available & that's where we were staying. Probably will never use Redwoods in Yosemite...
