'Adorable property. Great neighborhood. Great beds and linens. There is a large 2 story house being built on the property. The workers were not exceptionally loud and we don’t have kids that needed to nap- so not a problem.'

'Was very conveniently located for the Pasadena Convention Center - an easy 5 minute drive away. Slight issues with the smoke alarm going off any time we wanted to cook. Host was easy to communicate with.'

'* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

'This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!'
