'Great space for 2 people, fairly priced, clean top to bottom, we booked this space for a trip to Universal studios it was short trip there, very convenient. Would stay again and recommend to others.'

'* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

'Beautiful, clean property and host was quick to respond to questions via email. Host even signed up for a TV app that allowed us to watch World Cup games, so thoughtful. Property is in a residential area--it's probably best to have a car while visiting, as it's a bit of a walk to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend this rental and we'll stay again if we're in the area for another SOFI event.'

'Clean room, modern furnishings, unbeatable cityscape view, host was on-call and very very helpful and responsive. Only notable things that went wrong are that the Room code given was the wrong one and we had access code to another unit another party was staying at, and the electrical wall unit short circuited to hairdryer. But other than those, overall great stay.'

'Exceptional hosts, a beautiful space, out of a story book western. The shower/bath is one of the nicest I've been to, and the exansive views are priceless. I extended by a few days, didn't want to go anywhere, just to be and look at the hills and open sky. '

'This little bungalow was adequate for our basic needs and is in a good walkable location. It was clean, somewhat comfortable & nicely decorated. A bit confusing on how to find it as it is a back cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen (though not used) is well stocked. What was not mentioned was there is a construction project of a towering addition to the front house so construction materials & workers were present. Work began at 8 am. The walkway back to the cottage is not for rolling...
