The neighborhood felt safe, despite all the bars and gates. The guest house itself was relatively clean and new. 'This was my first and last experience with Expedia. I cant say i have ever been more disappointed with a transaction or a company as a whole. Where should I begin? No Front Desk staff, when i arrived I was told to call someone to check in. I felt like I was a baited and switched. They call it "Brimmfield Stay" but it was just somones home they attempted to convert to a hotel with "rooms". 'The cleanliness of the sheets and environment did not feel great. My skin reacted harshly to the bed and my friend also began to feel itchy and uncomfortable. Overall just felt warm and musty from the moment we stepped in. The bathroom was okay and kept clean though. Almost hard to find parking and needing to walk to the actual location which is down a small side street alley. You WILL have to pay for parking. Definitely plan ahead for parking and to pay $22-$40 overnight. There are many cool...

'Excellent location within walking distance from Union Station and several cool neighborhoods. My bed and pod were comfortable and check-in instructions were clear. Bring earplugs since the city emits constant noise, although not too bad at night. The bathroom situation is not ideal but otherwise a convenient spot. I'd definitely book it again!'

'Check-in was difficult. There were no lights. The front door was open. I couldn’t tell which door to go into. Another guest helped me find my room. The key code given did not work. After repeated requests, the staff texted me a new code that worked The room was substandard. We rented for three nights, but decided not to stay the first night. We paid for three nights and the staff agreed to refund two nights. '

'Ik verbleef hier een week in een privé kamer met badkamer. Het leek alsof deze niet schoon gemaakt waren, de kamer was vuil en in de badkamer lag er overal haar. De lakens waren vuil en zaten vol plekken en gaten van brandplekken van sigaretten. Ook de handdoeken waren veel vuil. Het enige positieve was de ligging, in het centrum van Hollywood.
