'I ended up finding another place to stay after I checked in. The front desk lady was very nice so that’s why I gave it a 2 star but other than that it was terrible. During my booking, the option was classic with one twin bunkbed, comfort with one twin bed. I chose comfort because I did not want to end up on the upper bunk. When I got there, I was placed on the upper bunk right under the AC unit which I wouldn’t be able to fully lay on my bed. I spent about less than 15 minutes in the place, but...

' Well, if you’re willing to, don’t spend a lot of money and you’re by yourself single and you just need a room and somewhere to shower and all that it’s excellent you know I don’t recommend it as a five star hotel. It’s not what they’re offering they’re offering an expensive different way to stay a night without having to spend so much money and that’s what’s excellent about it and the staff is great. 'Hotel staff accommodated a reservation change over the phone, and then notified me via email six hours later (at 9:27 pm) that they had not changed it so I did not make this stay. Their lack of responsiveness via message, phone, and asking Expedia to contact them on my behalf is incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend skipping this place entirely.'

'Ik verbleef hier een week in een privé kamer met badkamer. Het leek alsof deze niet schoon gemaakt waren, de kamer was vuil en in de badkamer lag er overal haar. De lakens waren vuil en zaten vol plekken en gaten van brandplekken van sigaretten. Ook de handdoeken waren veel vuil. Het enige positieve was de ligging, in het centrum van Hollywood. Ik raad deze accomodatie zeker niet aan.'

'Excellent location within walking distance from Union Station and several cool neighborhoods. My bed and pod were comfortable and check-in instructions were clear. Bring earplugs since the city emits constant noise, although not too bad at night. The bathroom situation is not ideal but otherwise a convenient spot. I'd definitely book it again!'
