I didn't even have the courage to try using the kitchen because the refrigerator was overflowing with things—they looked old, and there was hair inside the fridge. 'Great communication via messenger, with same-day, on-time responses for both check-in and check-out. The location is highly convenient; it's very close to a supermarket, making it easy to walk and get groceries. It is also approximately a 30-minute walk to the CSUN campus. The only negative is that there aren't enough bathrooms. Only one single shower/bathroom available to share with all mixed roommates was a bit inconvenient.
