'The property is located RIGHT NEXT to another property that was under construction! This was NOT disclosed when I booked my reservation! The area where the beach chairs, which was not the actual beach depicted in the photos, was within 50 feet of where outside construction was occurring. Which lasts from 7 AM to 7 PM! The day I arrived, the noise was that of nail guns and sawing. The next day, it was a welder, including sparks flying! Which is EXTREMELY dangerous to not only people but a HUGE...

'Great location in a cute neighborhood, especially if you want to take your dog to the beach. Parking is tricky but not impossible. The house was clean and very well stocked with linens, etc. I would definitely come back!'

'This property has everything you need for an incredible stay: well appointed kitchen, stackable washer/dryer with laundry detergent; beach towels, chairs, and sand toys; bathroom also is well stocked with anything you might need. Easy access to the Village for shopping and restaurants. Access to the beach is less than a five minute walk. Also, property was immaculate with easy off street parking in driveway. Will definitely stay here again!'

'Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Kamin und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Der Supermarkt war zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben leider nur den Eingang zur Wohnung über die Garage gefunden. Eine Beschreibung des Weges über die Lobby wäre gut. Fazit: Super für Familien'

'Place was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had there own room and bathroom which we all appreciated it. The location was great , its about a half hour from all the tourist attractions. The property is in great condition , like photos advertised. The host was great checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.'

'Loved the location of this apartment. We were able to walk to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. The apartment had everything we needed. Great kitchen and laundry room. Clean and safe location. The beautiful back yard area was very nice for relaxing in the evening. We are both over 50 and loved the ground floor cnvience. Definitely better than staying in hotel....and a parking spot! Host was fantastic at communication.'

'Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wegen unhaltbarer Zustände mussten wir die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen und auf eigene Kosten ein Ersatzhotel buchen. ​Sicherheits- & Hitzerisiko: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und die Schutzgitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster sind defekt. Bei Temperaturen von 35 °C und Südausrichtung ohne Klimaanlage war die Hitze unerträglich. Ein Lüften war weder wegen der Einbruchsgefahr (defektes Gitter) noch wegen der...
