'Great property and the views were amazing!'

'We arrived at location and had to find the unit that we rented out. At this location there are many units. We found our and the unit was extremely hot. We immediately turned on the AC in the unit and went to the pool. The pool was falling apart the tiles are broken off and in the pool floating around. Got back to the room which was still extremely hot. Wanted to leave but the unit would not lock from the outside. Was told by owner to just use the stick provided to lock from inside but again...

'Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.'

'Great location although dogs next door a bit noisy. Well-equipped except needs a few more lamps, especially in living room and bedroom. Water filter in kitchen much appreciated!'

Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly...

'This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very bright and sunny with three balconies, all with amazing views of Laurel Canyon. We loved having coffee on the balcony off the living room, and the back garden is very peaceful with very nice and comfortable furniture. '

'Location in VRBO is inaccurate. This property is not in Culver City but in the West Adams neighborhood. We booked this place expecting to be in short walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown Culver City however that was not the case.'

'* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...
