'This hotel is extremely clean. We love the wood floors in the hotel rooms rather than the carpet in most hotels. Beds are comfortable. Staff super friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. We stay here whenever in town.'

'We kregen een nieuwe verbouwde kamer, mooi en goed opgeknapt in vergelijking tot vorig jaar. Wel nog steeds gehorige kamers Alleen jammer dat de hele bovenverdieping nog steeds verbouwd werd. Veel last gehad van het stof (allergieën) dit was niet van te voren gemeld.'

'The property exceeded our expectations. Nice room, pleasant staff, daily happy hour, nice restaurant and rooftop pool. Only thing, non paying people were allowed access to pool and often they occupied all the lounge chairs by the pool..for hours! Seems like they should be reserved for those of us who were paying customers. It was expensive to stay there (but I think that is the norm) but the location was terrific! We walked everywhere and did not rent a car.'

'The 60's decor is what attracted me a couple of years ago when I first stayed at the Beverly Laurel hotel. In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like...

'I liked the staff and very easy check-in. The exterior is nice and well kept. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. What I did not like, was the room I was in(which was nice in size)was not fully clean. There were children’s markings all on the metal bedside drawers and writings on the table. The wood floors were nice but not thoroughly cleaned. Towels appeared clean but were very stiff. And bathroom tub had black molding. All this room needs is a very nice paint job, replacing...

'The parking was not secure at all. Street parking was the only option, and the area wasn't the best place to park, only to come back the next day and find your car gone. We did not stay the whole night. I was too nervous about the idea, so we decided to drive back home for an hour. '

'My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Charlie. I slept better there than I have in any other location in Hollywood or Beverly Hills. We had sumptuous beds, thick towels and plenty of space! The atmosphere was peaceful and the detailing on the property was just exceptional. I felt like I was truly in Old Hollywood.'

'Great location, and the hotel was pretty good overall. Just missing a few things to make it elite. Only limited amenities in the bathroom. The tech and connectivity of TVs etc was not great. They don’t have usb-c ports. It’s obviously a fancy hotel but it costs a lot more than other better hotels. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids is no less than $150. Just a couple things drop it from the ultimate.'
