'We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay in LA for our 15-person group! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay, and the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The uniqueness of the property played a big role in making the trip feel extra memorable and special. We all agreed that if we ever return as a group, this is the rental we’d choose time and time again.'

'This charming, pet-friendly bungalow is in a convenient location close to the 10 freeway and the Expo line. The host was obliging and accommodating. I appreciated the driveway parking. The bathroom had a nice shower. The decor wasn’t fancy but I was able to find everything I needed. '

'Loved the view, but didn’t feel it was as clean as we are used to. Mattress had urine stains which I didn’t notice until I took off the sheets. It would be helpful to have a broom handy. The space could use some TLC with bathroom doors sticking and outside doors being hard to open. Still had a wonderful time. Thank you! '

'Room was clean, windows not so much. Golf cart backfired down every hill and stalled at stops, and only one headlight works . One roll of toilet paper for a three day stay! Lights in entry way didn’t work so it was hard to see to unlock the door at night. '

'We rented the house for a family reunion and it was a very good venue with 5 bedrooms for 9 people. The rooms on the first floor worked well for various gatherings and games during a rainy New Years Eve. We paid to have the pool heated and that was worthwhile with all but 2 of us using it. Out entry (and exit) was all done by email or text so we did not meet the agents managing the house. The one amenity that seemed to be lacking was adequate glassware. 'The place was amazing. The pictures and description in the ad are exactly like it is in person. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the dining area and played cards all night. The patio has an amazing view of the ocean. It was so nice to fall asleep hearing the ocean waves and then waking up to the waves as well. The owner was great, he answered all questions and even gave me hi phone number in case i needed anything while there. 5 Stars.'

'Ray, the property manager was wonderful. We stayed for the 2024 Thanksgiving week. The house was as advertised. The views were fantastic and close to Universal and Griffith Park.
