'Kitchen was mostly stocked. Coffee pot was kind of janky and there were zero condiments or seasonings. Usually there is at least some salt. The water is not good, a there was no filtration of any kind. '

'Ray, the property manager was wonderful. We stayed for the 2024 Thanksgiving week. The house was as advertised. The views were fantastic and close to Universal and Griffith Park. 'This condo is part of Hamilton Cove which is a community built into the hillside overlooking the ocean. Gorgeous view from this gem! The condo is comfortable and clean, with access to your own golf cart to get around town. I would return in a heartbeat!'

'We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend stay in Avalon! This condo exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect Catalina experience. The amenities were amazing — we loved snorkeling right outside our doorstep on the private beach, using the mini greens, and enjoying the tennis courts, croquet court, volleyball courts, barbecue areas, heated pool, and spa overlooking the ocean. ' There was an unfortunate situations with the rain flooding the fire pit and shorting out the out door lights, that was disappointing. The freeway noise wasn’t too bad at all but the airplanes fly over us so low all the time was pretty annoying!The house was beautiful through but it would have been nice to use the pool and Hot tub in the evenings, but with no outdoor or pool lights it was just to dark outside to use them That was sad!
