'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'The property itself is really nice, modern, no real complaints. Parking sucks. There was never parking on the same street. Had to park a couple blocks down and thats an uneasy feeling. Communication with the host is really good and fast if needed. '

'What a lovely place!!!! Yes the rooms are tiny and you can hear somewhat people around you but the staff, location and price make up for all. The guys at the reception were more than helpful, everyone was really informal but polite at all times. Breakfast was just right (we don't need a huge buffet early in the morning) and the food a normal price, specially if you consider that you are in the heart for Beverly Hills. 'The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. '
